Super easy and quick
Shipping was alright, Not their fault FedEx cant deliver on time. The service to find the tires was very easy in my opinion. When I reached out to support they helped with giving an insight on what could have happened and that they will help speed it up any means necessary.

Simpletire DO NOT BUY
Bought 4 new tires. The belts on 3 of 4 shifted in the first 4 months (12,000 miles). Sent them numerous pictures as well as the tire shop receipts noting the tire defects and they would not honor their quoted warranty.
