I found the advertised prices to be misleading. Hidden charges are ridiculous. Advertise as £31.00 per month for Gold Package... oops Neglected to tell you about the:20% VAT charge! Now your monthly charge is actually £37.00
SSL Certificate is £32.00 (You have to use their SSL or they won't assist you with installing a third party SSL which can be purchased for less) (That's poor customer service) So start up total for ecommerce is £75.60 not £31.00.

Simple servers support have been great. Their knowledge and help has been really useful in areas where I was unsure.

For shared space this hosting is excellent. Magento 2 is quick, performing well especially on the front end. One thing I didn't notice prior to purchasing was SSH is only available on M Pro or Extreme packages. This makes working with Magento 2 very difficult.

We hired Simple Servers to upgrade our Magento installation to the latest version. The job was done extremely professionally and at a reasonable price. After the upgrade, they even helped us resolve an issue caused by an old extension at no extra cost. I have no hesitation in recommending Simple Servers to others.

Fast hosting, good service and reasonable prices. I use them for Wordpress site, specifically running Woocommerce. Their WooCore service works a charm. Much faster than my previous supplier and the control panel is easy to navigate. There are loads of helpful tools too, making installs ultra fast.

Amazing support! 98% of time, you get an answer within 3 mins (at least in my case).

Fast customer service and really try to help. Lydia has been excellent and we have found the Magento speeds very good. Would definitely recommend.

What can I say....OUTSTANDING support 24x7 from knowledgeable staff who do not pass the buck. I'm running a Wordpress blog and upcoming store and they helped me transfer from other lower performing hosting companies. So support is superb and server performance appears great so far. Found other hosters begin fast then after a year things get bogged down and server speed and web performance degrade. Confident this will not happen at SimpleServers. A professional outfit.

I have had nothing but great service from Simple Servers, they are excellent.

I am only a small customer but they have always been very helpful and prompt. The support I have received has often gone above and beyond what I expect and they have saved me a lot of time (and possibly money) by pointing me in the right direction on numerous topics. I have learnt a fair bit from their advice and often refer to previous support tickets to remind myself of a particular process or link. They have helped me out when I've made stupid mistakes and got my site back up quickly.

They have a great understanding of Magento, which was why I choose them in the first place, they didn't con me into a service I did not yet need (dedicated server) unlike my previous host and the cost is perfectly fair, in my opinion.

I have never noticed any particular problems or disruption to the service I've received.
