I have switched to Simplero as a way to streamline my tech suite and it's been much less stressful than I anticipated ;) Since there's always a learning curve with new tech, I have leaned into the incredible customer support. They offer quick and thorough feedback via the "contact" function, they have regularly scheduled open Q&A calls, live workshops, and lots of videos in the help library. I have used them all and found the customer service above and beyond anything I expected. For the price and functionality alone, Simplero would be worth it to me—it replaced a least 5 separate services I was using and now everything is integrated. But, the customer support takes it over the top. Highly recommend!

I've been using Simplero for 10 years and for several different businesses and I absolutely love it. It has evolved and adapted over the years and it has been an essential part of running my business without trying to make 10 different systems - email, affiliate programs, courses, memberships sites, payment processors - all work together. Everything works with Simplero. They concierge team is amazing and you won't find better customer support or response time from any other competitors! They've got your back!

I have been using Simplero for a number of years now. They truly have the best customer service, they are super responsive with their tech ticketing system and their support staff are wonderful to deal with and amazing at what they do. On top of this, they also have a "feature request" board AND a community forum where staff and the CEO are very active and hear their members' concerns.
Honestly, although the platform is not perfect (you can never please everyone 100%), it does have everything you need to run online courses and a community.
