Highly Recommend - Top Notch Customer Service

Simplero is the platform that I recommend time and time again to anyone wanting an all-in-one customer management, email provider, and class hosting platform. The way everything works together seamlessly is the way I wish every other platform that I've tried in the past worked.
And if having everything integrated in one place doesn't do enough to entice you...
Their customer service is absolutely top-notch. Never before have I had a company respond to support tickets so promptly. They continue to work with you until your issue is resolved - you're not left figuring it out on your own.
Gone are the days when you don't even bother reaching out to support because you know you'll just get a generic answer. Every Simplero support specialist tailors answers in a way that helps you spend less time "figuring it out" and more time doing the parts of your job that you love.

Excellent support team

Excellent support team! Simplero offers multiple ways to seek help and I am so thankful for that.
Being a small business owner who is building everything on her own, it is extremely important that I’m able to have a support system like what Simplero offers.
I’ve tried other companies and either you have to be on their expensive plan to get actual help from a person, or they simply don’t offer to talk to someone at all. Very frustrating.
I’m so glad I switched to Simplero. The backend of their platform is easy to learn and use. And, just knowing that they use the platform as well, is comforting because I know they’ll continue to improve and add features to it.

I've been working with Maria for a…

I've been working with Maria for a couple of months and she is simply fantastic! She quickly understood what my goals and objectives were and we set about making a plan to achieve the goals in a realistic timeframe. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and I can not recommend her highly enough for anyone looking for help with Simplero. I just hope my review doesn't make her so busy I cant book her myself 😆

Olga is an absolute gem!

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Olga several times now, and every single interaction has been top-notch. She’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely committed to helping customers succeed.

No matter how complex the issue is, Olga breaks it down clearly and always ensures I understand the solution, not just a quick fix.

The entire Simplero customer service team is stellar! I send in tickets often with questions and they never get frustrated or impatient with me, always answering promptly, completely, and personally. Summer has helped me many times, and is a pleasure to correspond with whenever I need help, Truly - this team is many steps above any other company I've ever worked with.

Stop looking you've found it!

I can not be happier to have found Simplero - and I certainly came round the houses with Keep, High level, convert kit, mailerlite, zoho and more in my CRM graveyard.

Because of these false starts I really wanted to move over my program mid run and hit the ground running. Every single person in Simplero has helped me do that. From my onboarding call with Silas (who I don't think had ever had such a jump about exuberant AuDHder on call before 🤣) to Victor giving me even MORE information than expected on requests that other businesses would have seen as closed and sorted already. To the warmth of Allie.
BUT this shout out is for Justine Weir who has become my helpful hero in my inbox with no question too silly to not only answer but send across screenshots and links to explain in full. And even over bank holiday Easter weekend. What a trooper!!

Love simplero so much. Such a great platform for app, courses, emails, newsletters and more for the starter price 🎉 I'm currently about £200 up a month every month. Thanks to swapping over. Win win all round.

WOW.... I've used many platforms over the years, but nothing compares to Simplero. Not only is the platform powerful, intuitive, and built with creators and educators in mind — it’s the people behind it that truly make it exceptional.

The whole support team at Simplero is truly something special. Every single interaction I’ve had has felt personal, warm, and deeply caring — like being supported by a family that’s got your back.

A huge thank you to Allie, who recently helped me with a technical issue. Her response was not only lightning fast, but filled with the kind of heart, clarity, and service-minded competence that made me feel completely taken care of. It was resolved so smoothly and quickly, it honestly turned a potential headache into a moment of genuine gratitude.

Simplero is the best platform I have…

Simplero is the best platform I have ever used for anything.
It is truly value for money, not only due to the endless possibilities of setting up homepages, landing pages, courses, and automation on everything, but also due to the extreme service level from all of their customer service! In addition it links perfectly well to my webinar platform, zoom meetings, and calendar with questionnaire filtration of customers, etc.
So I have my entire business basically here on one single platform!
What I like about the customer service, is that they are always there for you. They even scheduled a live zoom call when I signed up, and they simply just have your back all the way, and all the time.
They are also very patient with someone like me, who is not very technical, and they offer links and make small VDO's on everything I don't understand!

If possible I'd have given them 6 stars!

Simplero is the most user-centric…

Simplero is the most user-centric company I've ever come across. The platform itself is quite complicated, but the staff is there to hold your hand and help you every step of the way. I actually purchased concierge services with Maria Eugenia and she was AWESOME and helped me to achieve in one hour what I'd paid someone else way more to do and they'd messed it up.

Highly recommend Maria Eugenia and their other concierge staff members as well as all of their support staff, especially Allie. Allie is a life saver and really cares about her peeps.

Were it not for Simplero's amazing staff I would be totally lost. They are stellar and I highly recommend!

Long time Client... Super happy!
