SIMPLER Hair Color Reviews 

Left on extra time! Didn’t cover grays! Ordered woman’s full coverage. Instructions all show men. Wasted money and time. Says 3-4 uses, lucky if u get 2!

I liked this initially as it seemed less harsh than the more chemical-driven beard dyes; however, the last bottle I received didn't work out so well. There seemed to be way more of the white stuff coming out than the dye; likewise, for the last available application, only the white stuff came out. Overall, most of the applications were uneven and didn't do much for my beard. I'm not re-ordering after this experience.

Great Product however ordering is becoming difficult.
I DID NOT WANT GREEN DELIVERY PROTECTION (1349504) however I WAS CHARGED ? Lastly SIMPLER need to STOP with the INSULTING DRIBBLE email after ordering , THEY ARE INSULTING CUSTOMERS:

Uneven dispensing, horrible initial results. Messy, still have to mix. Wait time is insane. Two applications because it does not evenly dye. Now it will be approximately an hour of messing with this horrible product.
The store bought dyes like just for men or American crew are way way way better and especially for the cost. The marketing is extremely deceptive. The positive reviews are either paid or a.i. I can’t imagine anyone thinking this is a good product.
What a waste of money and my time for attempting an application. Wow just wow

I have ordered this product at least 4 times … with my most recent purchase being 2 June 26 I know notice that the product contains more white substance than actual dye … I literally used almost half the container before the coloring came out … is this the old bait and switch . Get you to like the product then reduce the quality as it gains popularity. I’m very disappointed with change in the product

I live in the UK and had high expectations after spending over £50 for just one bottle. Yes it's expensive but I thought I'd it works then I'd be happy. I did a test patch which was ok after about 36hrs. The following day I tried the product properly on my beard. Now have a severe reaction. Face is red where the dye was and it's getting worse. Just for Men had the exact same reaction, but at least that was only £8. What a waste of a lot of money!
UPDATE! Since my complaint regarding the product, Simpler have kindly reimburse me without any hesitation.

Simpler Color really works! Got the medium brown. Just comb in the Simpler color wait a few minutes and viola the grays are gone. Simpler is truly simple to use

I have been using Simpler color now for many years. It is a fantastic product and the customer service is excellent. It is nice to use a product without all the harsh chemicals in it. My experience with a can of color lasts several months from me. I would definitely recommend this product to anyone who doesn't want to use something with a lot of chemicals in it and where there is excellent customer care. I definitely highly recommend Simpler color.

Does not color grey. Color fades quickly

After years of using traditional store-bought hair dyes, I can wholeheartedly say that Simpler Hair Color is in a completely different league. Not only does it provide excellent, natural looking coverage, but the application process is significantly easier, cleaner, and more convenient.

What impressed me most is how gentle it feels compared to many conventional dyes. The formula is simple to use, doesn't leave a huge mess behind, and gives consistent results without the hassle of mixing multiple products. It made coloring my hair feel less like a chore and more like a quick part of my routine.

For anyone looking for a safer, easier, and more user friendly alternative to traditional hair dyes, I highly recommend giving Simpler Hair Color a try. Once I switched, I had no desire to go back to the products I used before.

I am extremely dissatisfied with this product. First, the can is very difficult to press, making it hard to dispense the product properly. More importantly, the two components—the dye and the developer—were not being dispensed evenly. Only the developer (also called the Color Optimizing Crème) dispensing from the can. while the dye was not dispensing as expected.

This was incredibly frustrating to use, and at times I felt like pulling the nozzle off entirely. Given the price I paid, the product was not worth the cost at all.

I've been using Simpler and have been very pleased with the experience.

As a busy physician, one of the things I value most is simplicity and efficiency. Frankly, I have never enjoyed the long and often cumbersome process associated with hair coloring products. Your approach has made the process remarkably straightforward and convenient.

More importantly, I've been impressed by what you've built as an entrepreneur. It takes vision and persistence to identify a common problem, simplify it, and create a product that genuinely improves the customer experience. That is not easy to do.

I am blown away with the quality of the product, it is amazing that i can have the professional result doing it all by myself in the comfort of my own home! The hair color is top notch, and I am never going to use any other brand, that's how impressed I am!

I’d like to thank the Simpler team for their excellent work, products, and service. I just wanted to share a small note regarding the light brown shade, as it didn’t match the colour shown in the pictures. My first can was replaced, and I really appreciated that, though the replacement was still the same.

However, I must say I’m a bit reluctant to buy another can of the light brown shade.
Now I’m wondering if going blonde might help me achieve the light brown shade I’m after!!???

This isn’t a complaint at all, just some feedback in case there may have been a slight issue with that particular shade. Thanks for your understanding.

Im updating my previous review. I contacted the company to let them know the dispenser is faulty. I also demanded a refund and let them know I was posting here as well as sending a complaint to our states attorney general consumer and fraud online. Many of our complaints were the same, but the next largest complaint was for customer service. I added one start to my review because I received an email response from them in 12 minutes!!! Also my refund was issued within 15. Suggest those of you who have to contact them let them know you mean business. That said- if they fixed the dispensing issue I would try this product again simply because the 3 strands I was able to do are beautiful color.

I was very frustrated at first because I planned to use this product yesterday for an event I had today, and it turned out to be defective. However, their customer service team handled it perfectly. They took my complaint seriously and immediately processed a full refund without making me jump through hoops. It is a shame I got a bad item since this brand is highly recommended, but their quick and honest support completely made up for it.
