Terrible online shopping experience
Absolutely terrible online shopping experience.
The garments are made from cheap materials and to a poor finish. Kept 2 out of 6 items and after wearing the garments a couple of times, I wished I had return all of them.
Returning process was far from smooth, you have to wait for them first to approve you. I also had to chase them for my refund, in the end I had to involve Paypal.
Save yourself the headache.

The small size runs rather large and unfortunately it did not look very much like the photographs. Even though my return period was past the 14 days, Simple Moderne was courteous enough to make an exception. For someone who’s more of an XS then S, the S-M size will definitely be too big ...

If there were ZERO STARS I´d voted that. Since Dec. 1st I´m waiting for my order. Trying to get an answer from the costumer service or my money back: useless. "Shipping" started at some Chinese airport...Tracking stopped on Dec 19th anywhere.... My guess: this must be some kinda Chinese fashion mafia gang. Nothing serious for sure. Don´t order anything!
