I ordered on the 6th and it’s now the 13th. I paid extra for 1-3 days delivery and still nothing. I emailed them and no response. I am utterly disappointed. I will be disputing this this with my bank

I recently got some, whippets first time I've ever done them. My Town unfortunately does not sell crackers which you need for whippets. So I extensively researched crackers and the best places to buy them with the best prices and the highest quality. I came across simple glass after a while, and I went on the website. Let me just say it was super easy. Easy easy easy! I found the product I was looking for instantly high quality I had seen this product on multiple sites for more than simple glass was asking. So, I placed my order and I got the right size and I ordered it in blue, and the ordering process was like I said easy, they sent me regular emails and texts about where my package was and how to track it which I love. It came pretty quickly and it was right around New years so I was surprised. I got it I opened it I used it it worked perfectly. The only problem I had is I ordered it in blue and it came in Orange which is one of my least favorite colors. When it comes down to it I do the order again all the same, because they make it so easy to locate what you want, they ensure their delivery and the highest quality, which turned out to be totally true. I am truly happy with this product and the experience. I have now signed up for an account, and I cannot wait to start shopping at a store I know I can trust because they have everything you need and more.

Simple glass always come through among my multiple orders one in particular was a purchase of a “water pipe” with out a bowl. Reviewed and was immediately contacted by simple glass asking where to send the bowl. Great customer service and they offer next day shipping as well.
