We stayed 5 nights at the Coeo apartments overlooking the cathedral
In Malaga. The apartment was perfect. Beautifully decorated and furnished. Facilities to make simple meals or breakfasts / snacks. Well equipped with towels / robes/ slippers. Lovely French windows opening into the cathedral whist shutters kept it quiet at night. The first evening we revived a welcome package of wine, nuts, tomatoes and ham. Each evening we would be asked if we required any additional coffee/ teas or water. All complementary.
The attention to detail is excellent and the customer service faultless. We will recommend and re visit We loved it.

Terrible booking engine. There is no way to track data using the Facebook pixel/GA4, which is terribly limiting and makes it unsuitable for any hotel wanting to advertise online.

I booked a hotel reservation in Costa Rica through this website. Within a few days, I had 4+ credit card charges to various hotels in Costa Rica that I did not book nor give my credit card information to. This will be disputed with my card company as fraud but it’s an awful experience. The hotel I’m staying at uses this websites so there’s no way around it.

I have fallen victim to a scam whereby Simple Bookings system was hacked, and the fraudsters used my details and sent an email from the legitimate simplebooking email address, advising me to enter payment details to verify my booking. I have lost £400+ as a result, and to date have received no response at all from simplebooking after lodging a complaint one week ago.

And from the frond end it’s super user friendly and with very high conversion rate.

The "offers" suite offers a well rounded and efficient tool for running on-going and pop up campaigns and special rates. In addition, as a chain with hybrid properties offering private rooms and shared rooms - Simple Booking have definitely managed to provide a clear and excellent solution for selling dorm beds in addition to standard rooms.
