This company steals personal photos online, then tries to duplicate the dresses that the girls are wearing. We received one that the quality was not worth the money, the back of the dresses are not shown, of course, so we did not know the back of our dress was like a shoelace type back. The company will not accept returns as they ship directly from China and the dresses are "custom made" (faked). Buyer Beware!

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!! DO NOT OVER FROM HERE! Dress was horrible quality and nothing like the picture. They also would refuse to send me a full refund even though the dress had sequins missing all over. NEVER BUY FROM HERE! The “good” reviews in the website are fake because the seller deleted my bad review!

Shipping was around 8 business days which is quite fast.

Do NOT buy from simple-dress.com!! Terrible terrible!! I ordered my wedding dress, paid extra for expedited shipping to make sure that it arrived early or at the very least on time. A week before my wedding, I still hadn’t received tracking. I did a live chat and was assured at the latest it would arrive the day before my wedding. It DID NOT!! Came three days after and when I went to return I was told no, they have a 3 day return policy. Guess where I was?? Honeymoon! Then they asked SEVERAL TIMES, if I could keep the dress for use at a later date!!! For what, my next wedding?!?!? Seriously?? Their policy states if the dress is late an automatic 30% refund is issued. Never happened. A 20% refund was offered.
BEST YET, they will ONLY give you a return address to CHINA even though the dress was shipped from New York!

Really poor quality, the "leather" bag has horrible chemical smell. Dresses are cotton of lowest quality, not linen cotton as described. Sizes are Asian sizes (or in some items, random), the dresses look vaguely what's on the pictures. Besides, they charge you for original shipping if you return, PLUS the return shipping and "strongly encourage" to send the package insured. That's right, to return sub-quality Chinese junk you have to pay insurance fee that's more than the value of the goods.
Avoid at all costs.

They sent a dress that was vaguely similar but definitely not the dress I ordered. It’s also a lot smaller than the size chart on the website listed it to be. The one I ordered had a deep rounded square neckline and the one they sent has a neckline that’s almost like a crew neck. I ordered the dress called Plus Size Retro Literary Hem Type Cotton Linen Dress. Very disappointed! Don’t waste your money on their website!

Hi ,ihave ordered an dress its cost 960 and when i get an many emails its final cost is 890 so when i got that product its cloth is little bit worse so the reson why i gave u 4 star is resonal products

After 2 months and quite a few emails, I finally received one of the three tops that I ordered - and I am VERY DISAPPOINTED!! It was advertised as an embroidered top, but turns up with printed patterns instead of embroidery, Cheap material and strange shape. TOTALLY WASTED MY HARD-EARNED MONEY! Wish I had never bought from them. Will be interesting if the rest of my order even turns up......BUYER BEWARE!!!

I ordered an awesome dress that cost 236 dollars. After a few emails I got an additional demand to pay 200 dollars to get my dress on time. Because they were not having the right fabric. After I declined the offer, I got a clear statement that if I want that dress delivered I need to pay 200 dollars more. I rejected and they still didn't return me money. Dress never showed up and my order was cancelled. I had to set up a claim via Paypal to get my money back. Lots of frustration and unnecessary work.

I was skeptical to order my dress online but it was my only choice since I wanted this dress. The reason I ordered it from here because of the good reviews and 12 hour shipment guarantee. After 3 days, no tracking number. I contacted them and they said that it was UNDER PRODUCTION because they were out of stock. False advertising!! I told them that they guaranteed 12 hour shipment and 3-8 business days for me to receive it and so I expect this to be in my hand by that time. It was a big hassle trying to stay in contact but they expedited my shipping and I received it within 2 days after shipment. However, they altered a large dress to a small waist line and all the dimensions were completely off. It's terrible and I had to go get it altered that cost almost as much as buying this dress. The cup size and the skirt are all extra large and the waist is small. They obviously took an XL dress they had in stock and adjusted the waist to be a small. I'd rather they have posted it was out of stock because I knew once I paid them I wouldn't ever get my money back.
The reason I am giving 2 stars is for fast shipping and staying true to their word for the service. One star that it was the ACTUAL dress instead of some cheap knockoff paper looking version. Taking 3 off for the headache, wrong size and false advertising your company gives its customers. Guarantee I'm going to post this everywhere on the internet because I should at least receive half a refund for the service I received or payment for my alterations of your false measurements

Ordered my dress around 3 weeks ago . Arrived today , I love it , the material is light and comfy. It is a little to big in one area so I will have it taken in slightly but that's ok . All in all I would definitely recommend this service. I was sceptical but took a risk all in all very very happy . I will put pics on after the party in August but cant right now as obviously it's a secret ha ha x

Do not order from here! They will ship some off color, poorly made dress and will not return any of your messages when trying to contact them. Just spend the money and get a nice dress!

Its a scam website. All good reviews are fake. They will send you a fake dress. They will say you can return it to CHINA! Shipping is $198. You cannot return it. STAY AWAY! Pay pal should not be associated with them!

You cannot return your dress, so be prepared to keep it. They do not make this clear in the return policy. They say "your satisfaction is of upmost importance", but its not. The dress we received did not fit and we didn't like it. Too bad. No returns. The dress we ordered was cheap looking and made. This is an oversees company, not a US based company which is why they do not accept returns. Find a US company.

I ordered a dress before reading any of the reviews. Honestly got pretty concerned after reading what I found. I didn't realize when I made the purchase that the company was in China. When attempting to contact the company I had a hard time at first. When I was able to contact the after sales department they were very kind and accommodating. I spoke to them on several occasions where we discussed my event date and my apprehensiveness of delivery. They pushed to have my dress completed and rushed it at no extra cost. My dress arrived today and it looks exactly like the picture and the fit is absolutely perfect. (It was a custom order) I am quite surprised with the bad reviews I've seen as my experience with Simple dress has been excellent. I would definitely order from them again.

Will not let you know anything about your order. Folks, if your daughter is wanting a dress do not get involved with this company. They will not respond to your e mails except with some scripted be-patient form letter.
.Paid for my daughters dress over a month ago.
It appears they have nothing in stock. They just order it from China and receive it after it has been fabricated and shipped.

Ok. I received the dress. My daughter was very pleased. I didn't realize it takes longer to receive your dress during the time leading up to prom. I wish to retract my comment that you should not get involved with this company. Everything is done from China. Thus communications are slow and very to the point. I would order from this company again though.

Tbey don't respond to email at all I've been emailing them for an week in half and have not got back to me poor services take too long to get your items just poor service's never will order from yout company again

Dress came in and was not like what it was on the website. It flew in from China and the detailing was made out of plastic strands and fabric while it was advertised to be jewels and metal. Shipping Time was good but other than that I would not recommend buying from this online store

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter paying the extra 30 dollars for the rush order and ship with in the 10 days of ordering. We are on day 13 and have not received any confirmation email nor a tracking number my daughter is 4 days away from prom and no dress i have sent them emails for the past 6 days however they quickly took payment out the same day of the order. There is no customer service number and the live chat is always off line will never order from them again and will report them for taking money and not having the product I ordered horrible customer services well let's say non exsisitent

I'm still trying to figure out if www. simple-dress . Com is a legit site. I have tried purchasing a dress three times. I enter my payment information via PayPal but the site does not process it. I've worked with PayPal and did it with the over the phone but it's an issue with the company. I've tried contacting the business during there normal business hours. No one ever answers the phone, no one is ever available on their live chat and it going on 3 weeks and I haven't received a response to my email. Why is this? Hopefully I can obtain answers here or just go with another site.
