Order placed 5/18 delivery date changed 3 times. Items arrived 5/30 and products tasted stale. Never had a problem before and items always arrived quickly not sure why this happened.

Hi, Thank you for your feedback. Upon looking at your order it appears that your order was "lost" in transit by UPS for about 5 days. It appears to have taken over 11 days to arrive. Not sure if that is why the Appleways bars tasted stale or not. The Appleways bars are baked, and therefore have a very short expiration date. Either way, we want to make it up to you. My order arrived as scheduled, and none of the items in the package were damaged. It was packaged and sent with care. All of the snacks were fresh and of the highest quality.

Awesome company to order from
The website was very simple to order from. You have many good quality options. The shipment was very quick and delivered to the correct door. (I often have problems with deliveries going to the wrong Apartment #4 because all of our buildings have their own Apartment #4 - but this was not a problem with your company). The contents were fresh and just what I ordered. Thank you!

The size of the snack bags is pretty tiny and ridiculous. It's like you all buy packages of snacks from Sam's Club, open them up, and sell the bags contained individually. If I could give 0 stars, believe me, I would.

The snacks are packaged terribly. You can't order certain snacks or they'll be crushed to bits. Bad snack selection.
