Positive review. Program is popular with my colleagues.
We've been participants in the program for 6 or 7 weeks now. Had a few hiccups early on. We enrolled in a fresh fruit program and the local vendor who sourced the fruit sent some pears that were overripe, nearly inedible. Sent some photos to Simpalo and apparently that feedback made it to the local vendor as well. Everything has been great since! The Simpalo folks are great to work with and very responsive to civilized, constructive, feedback.

My favorite chip by far
I had been looking for that flavor of chips, Simpala Snacks popped up and there they were. I'm not suppose to be eating chips, but they were little bags and I sure couldn't resist. I think it's ok to splurge sometime, so I did. 😊

My biggest complaint, the packaging
My biggest complaint is the packaging. You had everything stuffed in a small box. All the air in the chips was released from the bags because of how many were crammed into a small box. Other than that the everything else was fine.

How organized it was.
The product takes a little too long to get here once is ships like it is coming from another county.
Some of the bagged items come fattened. We have to check to be sure they are not opened.

Some good and others not so good
I would say 60% good snacks that I would recommend to others or give to my kids. Compared to 40% snacks/bars that I would not recommend or purchase due to ingredients like seed/ vegetable oils. Overall good experience with customer service.
