Sto seguendo un programma di Calisthenics a distanza con coach Thomas del team Chiozzi.
Che dire, fino adesso sono super soddisfatto. Sono anni che vado in palestra senza una reale programmazione e con Thomas mi sto trovando benissimo. È davvero presente, chiarissimo e disponibile nelle spiegazioni su qualsiasi cosa abbia bisogno con invio di video ed esercizi e programmazione personalizzata. Per me voto 10 su 10. Mettere ordine ed avere una programmazione seria è fondamentale per avere e sentire dei miglioramenti reali e coscienti in quello che si sta facendo e qui si va sul sicuro. Top, consigliato 100% 💪
