Boots were faulty. Customer Services not great. Takes an age to reply, doesnt read emails properly, ignores evidence sent 3 times. I wont shop with them again

I hadn’t received any confirmation regarding my SIMMI shoes return so I called up and spoke to a lovely women called Harmony who managed to track if my parcel had been collected from the InPost locker and emailed me back reassuring that it had been. She was very patient with me and for that I’m very thankful.

I ordered a pair of gorgeous medusa heels for one of my wedding functions. I struggled to get the same pair of shoes in South Africa and then found them at Simmi's for half the price. The shoes were delivered to my friend's place in London within 2 days and were exactly the shoes that I'd wanted on arrival.

Shocking how these people get away with ripping people off.
I was charged £5.49 for express delivery which actually took 4 days then told they will charge £2.50 when I returned as the quality was appalling. Then I got charged £7.99 again.
Trying to get a response is a joke. Was told their shoes are made in China so what do I exactly for £52
Harmony at Simmi was super helpful. Their customer service is incredible, I had a minor issue with my order being delivered to the wrong address and they were able to help me sort it out right away!

Wish I could leave a picture review, bought the “ Peony White Mid Heel Mules” the plastic has sliced both of my feet straight across aswel as numerous blisters. Won’t order again.

I have been following simmi shoes on Instagram for years and always loved the look of their shoes but never ordered due to the terrible reviews online... I live abroad so this put me off even more.
Recently I thought I'd try and if I lost out, then oh well.
The shoes came within a couple weeks, custom charge was less than 10€ and there was a note when I ordered to check that out, so it didn't come as a shock. The shoes are nice, clean and decent quality for the price I paid. I have confidence now to order again from you guys!

The shoes are exactly like the photos !! I love them and the shipping was accurate they came right on time only thing the shoes strings on the niKita heel are difficult to adjust !

I should have read the reviews on trustpilot before making such a big purchase at simmi. This brand rips you off from the minute you make your order. From the high shipping fee even though my purchase was over £70. To return items they deduct £2.50. The quality is bad, the shoes are uncomfortable, they break easily. It doesn’t appear that they will refund me for faulty items but i will try. If you want shoes to last you more than a week and to be comfortable enough to walk in then AVOID this store.

I bought an item from Simmi and they used Evri to courier my item. The item has gone missing/been stolen as it was not delivered to my address. I have tried multiple times to get in touch with Simmi customer service who ignore my emails. I have provided them with the information they required such as crime reference number and now will not return any of my emails. Absolute POOR customer service and I would give zero stars if I could.

Two pairs of faulty shoes from the same order last year. After only a few wears the strap came completely loose from the shoe and was not secured properly. I contacted SIMMI, they ignored several emails and this is wholly unresolved. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards. AVOID SIMMI!

initially I was pleased. Shoes came quickly but they looked cheap, seaming was untidy and squeaked when you walk in them. Also very uncomfortable.
I returned them at a cost to myself which is poor compared to other, better, online clothing stores. A month later I received an email to say I'd returned them too late (by 2 days) but ok my fault. They then say I have 48 hours to PayPal them money to post them back. Explained I do not use PayPal can I do BACS instead. No. They then effectively at the end of that email I had 24 hours to send them money or the shoes would be 'destroyed'. Do they destroy every item that is returned in band new condition or sell it on. Effectively holding shoes ransom. If they had been able to give me 1-2 weeks to set up PayPal then ok. But an email a month after the return then demand for money within 48 hours.
All for cheap looking, low quality squeaky shoes. Shoes -not great but customer service awful
Edit- as you can see, no mention in Simmi reply about paying twice for delivery and for returns. No mention also having been given 48 notice to pay for the shoes to be returned to me. Also no denial of the fact that shoes will be re- sold rather than 'disposed' of.
