Boots were faulty. Customer Services not great. Takes an age to reply, doesnt read emails properly, ignores evidence sent 3 times. I wont shop with them again

Received a faulty pair of shoes, I emailed customer service and I spoke to a lady called lexi.
She advised I can keep the shoes & they can issue me a new pair free of charge with express delivery.
She couldn’t have been more helpful.
Although is very annoying to receive a faulty item, I am Very pleased with the customer service.

Disgusted I bought a pair of boots at £40 had them on for about 5 or 6 hours the heels were wrecked they offered me a partial refund to get mended which I accepted took them to the menders a few weeks later he couldn't mend them said they were faulty emailed them again just to hear all the usual bla bla bla surely it shouldnt matter how long it has been they are faulty!! I said it's not even about the money it's more the principal

I have bought from Simmi in the past and have really liked their shoes but their customer service is absolutely atrocious. I have tried time and time again to contact Simmi and have either been ignored or my emails have not been responded to properly with my issue being disregarded. I have been left with no other option than to leave a bad review.
I opted for the £9.99 Saturday delivery on the Friday since it was not made clear that the order had to be placed before a certain time. Not only could I have just paid half of this for a delivery on the Monday, but I also would not have ordered the shoes if I knew this was the case since I needed them for an event on the Monday. The shoes arrived on the Monday and I couldn’t use them. Therefore, I had to spend money to return the shoes!
I have tried to speak with the company regarding this issue and I have either been ignored or an email has been sent back with absolutely no attempt to rectify the issue. When I reply to these emails, I am again, completely ignored.
I should not have been given the option to choose this delivery if it was unable to be delivered on that day or it should have been made clear that the order had to be made before a certain time.
As a last resort I sent a hand written note with my return, explaining that I had lost around £12 through no fault of my own and in fact, through a fault of this company yet once again, this has been completely disregarded I have solely been refunded for the shoes.
I have never experienced such shocking customer service in my life, I wouldn’t recommend buying from this company because if you run into any issues, they won’t be solved!

One of the worst managements I have ever seen! Returned 3 pairs of shoes in one big parcel. They informed me that they received the parcel and will be issuing credit soon. They go ahead and issue refund for not even the full price of one pair of shoes (£26) and when I ask them what happened to the other pairs and that the refund should be over £70, they told me they cannot help me unless I have the postage receipt. Quite naturally I got rid of the postage slip once they confirmed that they received the parcel. Ffs you can identify one pair shoe coming out of a big parcel and cannot identify the other pairs?!?! Beyond ridiculous! Will never purchase from them ever again. A sneaky way of stealing from customers….

10days later still nothing from Simmi London Shoes. What an appalling behaviour. They obviously have read my complaint and still behave so unprofessional. Ashamed to apologise and send my shoes. I have exposed them on twitter. £80 worth of shoes and still haven’t received them. Shame Simm London shame on you!

Ordered from this company few times before with no issues. Placed an order 6/6/24 enough time to get for graduation on 6/21. Received email confirmation on 6/7 that order was shipped and tracking information. It’s now 6/24 and still haven’t received package. Tried tracking order with tracking info they provided and it says it have no information on package. When contacted simmi, after two days and couple generic replies, I was contacted with a different tracking number which clearly was not mines, showing the package was delivered. The date on the tracking info was also incorrect which showed a delivery in Apr, my order was placed in June. The location of delivery looks like it’s not even in the us. So i don’t know if simmi is trying to be slick trying to pass off someone else’s tracking as mines, but you can clearly see that’s not my package or tracking number.
