Mat and Jason do what they say and say what they do. They’ve never missed a distribution in the several years we’ve been involved.
They’re small enough to be flexible to changing market conditions & always available for updates and discussions.
I’ve been invested with SIMM Capital since October 2023. I’m extremely happy with my decision to invest with them. They have honored every single month ( 36 months & counting) the 10% preferred dividend. It’s like clockwork, every 15th of the month, I receive an email advising my monthly dividend will be ACH’d into my account.

Mat Simmons is an absolute subject matter expert in his field and works tirelessly on behalf of all of the limited partners.
The fund has had to pivot over the last few years as subsidized housing has become more problematic based on governmental intervention, and Mat has adjusted ahead of that curve to keep providing us our promised preferred return.
