Highly recommend these guys

Highly recommend these guys. Have bought vapes from them for a long time and have always received my package the next day (or the day after maximum). Unfortunately my latest order was lost via Royal Mail (only time it’s ever happened). Simba Vapes kindly kept me fully updated and then sent me a replacement order (which I received the next day). If you vape use these guys – they’re very efficient and great prices.

I have had a slight issue with one of…my parcels

I have had a slight issue with one of my packages not enough postage im waiting for a grey card from royal mail to pay the postage but I've been informed on receipt of the payment I shall be reimbursed I have to order another yesterday hopeing it comes thursday before I go on holiday Friday your customer service have been marvellous thankyou all

I have bought products from here quite a lot and never really had any issues until now. Don’t be like me. You can get better service elsewhere. It has now been 10 since I placed my order and delivery is 1-2 working days. Still no sign of it. I have emailed and been told to give them time as they have technical issues with Royal Mail. However yesterday I had an unpaid delivery fee from Royal Mail posted . I have asked this store for a refund for the last 6 days and they are completely unwilling to compensate me my money back. I will be taking further action. Never again will I purchase from this store and regardless of if you’ve never had an issue before trust me you soon will.

I ordered goods worth over £500

I ordered goods worth over £500, when I asked for a refund I did not receive it and the goods were returned to the store, I was scammed by simba vapes. When I want to write to them, they ignore me and don't want to reply to me, I have proof of everything and of course the case will go to the police

Was good, very let down

Been using simba vapes and they were great however i got a box of 10 elux legends which all instantly tasted burnt. Apparently thats not there issue so im stuck with 10 unusable vapes. Plenty of other websites offer the same prices, use them

Ordered it was my 4th order with them all £300 plus orders this one they sent the wrong item contacted them they said I have to send the stuff back and they will send the right stuff so I asked why I should pay for there mistake now no reply from them and no answer never use them again

GDPR breach and shocking customer service

Used to order from here with no issues, however recently they seem to be endless. Placed an order for it to be Returned to Sender due to ‘incorrect address’. Queried this with Simba Vapes and they proceeded to tell me that this was my error and forwarded me the address and mobile number of another customer who’s details I had allegedly inputted (serious concerns about how they adhere to GDPR, or lack thereof so something to be wary of!). Sent them a screenshot of the order confirmation from them clearly showing my correct address, and their response was ‘yes you missed the street name’. Completely contradicting statement from the day before and inferring that I don’t know my own address! Severe lack of customer service and general rudeness for something that is clearly their error.. blatantly shocking customer service and I will not be reordering again so be wary!

Excuses without reading complaint

Customer service leaves alot to be desired, I ordered 4 boxes of vapes from the wholesale department of this place, the order was tropical, mint, berry and blue, 1-2 day delivery, on day 3 I received a phone call to say that tropical was out of stock, fair play, so I asked which flavours were in stock to choose from, I chose mint again, the delivery arrived on day 4, I opened up and all was okay, then I noticed that the tropical had been replaced with lush ice (watermelon), upon opening the berry vapes, vape #1 was flashing with a low battery after the 1st draw and wouldn't allow for another right away, vape #2 wouldn't draw at all, dead battery, vape #3 would allow to draw but 3 or 4 draws the coil was burnt.

I took a short video to show vapes 1&2 and emailed the address on website, this bounced back, I then phoned the same number that had called me and left a voicemail, I then went to WhatsApp and used that number, I sent the video and picture of wrong vape sent, they asked for time to investigate and would get back to me ASAP..... 5 DAYS LATER I asked for an update, regarding the 3 faulty vapes I was told

"Dear buyer,
Thanks for contacting Simba vapes. Kindly contact the manufacturers regarding the burnt and battery issues."

And regarding the wrong one sent? I was told

"Lush ice is also out of stock which was why mint ice was sent."

They're liars, because mint ice was not sent, I wanted mint, they sent me the lush ice, which they said was out of stock
