We paid them to find good workers in America for our offshore team. They sent us people who didn't know about companies here, didn't know how to talk to normal workers, and kept asking us basic questions like what our company even does. We wasted weeks on interviews that went nowhere. My friend uses a proper Texas company and they actually send people who understand the work. These guys just took our money and gave us nothing useful.

They built a new website for us. when it went live, the phone number on the site was wrong and the prices showed up in some other kind of money that nobody in South Africa uses. Our business partners were calling us confused and some even laughed at the site. It took them three weeks and ten emails just to change the phone number. I felt like I was babysitting them the whole time, while paying the money at the same time. Finally cancelled the project before major losses.

First remote company we reached out for our internal ERP software development. Happy that they delivered our software within timeline but it has too many bugs and they also asked us additional money to repair those bugs which was already covered in initial payment. we had to hire another vendor to fix those bugs.
