Subject: Ongoing Issues with SilverRock Reimbursement Process

I am reaching out to express my frustration regarding the ongoing issues with SilverRock’s reimbursement process connected to my recent vehicle purchase. I have been attempting to receive a simple $85 reimbursement, yet the process has become unnecessarily complicated and time‑consuming.

SilverRock has repeatedly requested the same documents, which I have now submitted at least five times. They also reported an issue with a receipt from one of their participating providers and asked for it again. Despite multiple apologies from their representatives, no progress has been made.

As the dealership that sold me the vehicle and provided SilverRock as the warranty partner, I am requesting your assistance in resolving this matter promptly. This level of inefficiency reflects poorly on both the warranty provider and the overall customer experience.

I'm not sure what to rate your service. I have no business credit never thought I would. I have to. We have always paid cash for everthing We have bought. The van that was totaled out on sat I just bought two days prior. For &9500.00.I was unable to get insurance on the van due to brief stay in hospital for kidney stone. IM IN A HORABILE SITUATION. I'm not sure you can even help!

Hello-I was impressed with Silver Rock's site and the ease of submitting a loan application. I have a very unique financial picture that involves verifying my income by way of bank statements, contracts and capital gains.

The issue I have is that they said they'd have an answer in 10 min. with the clock ticking down on the app site and I still have not heard back from them. I can see taking a while to get an answer but not following through with what the site indicated is not good.

I still have no idea where I stand with SR and it's been nearly 24 hours.

This finding site is not for start ups even if you can prove your income, it will not matter if you do not have business bank account. I have run my business for two years on just a comdata card and these were offered up as evidence as well as documentation from my accountant. Go Capitol has finding for start ups.
