Silo beauty is a fake website. I ordered a cream on 31 March, 2018 and never got it till date. I wrote to them via email and messenger but they didn’t even have the courtesy to reply to my messages.

This is a scam web, placed and order last dec 2017, products never came, track your order, shows paid, tried to email them how many times never get back to me and i even called their contact numbers, it's a machine recorded and ll you can hear in the background was people laughing.Dont ever trust this silobeauty web...SCAMMER!
I ordered products from them - they charged me, never shipped them, and won't answer any contact to either get the products or a refund. I had to go through PayPal to report the issue and try to get my money back. STILL working on it.
This company refuses to stand by their own offer to resolve a purchase issue. Purchase made in August 2017 was unacceptable. The company offered to send their 2.0 version on October hoe er after numerous emails, the company now states in December “we are not going to entertain this case any longer”.
