Excellent service from Jacob. He managed to diagnose and repair my VanMoof X3 battery incredibly quickly, clearing all the error codes and fully recovering it. The whole turnaround took just 5 days from sending it off via post to having my bike back up and running. Jacob made the entire process straightforward, communication was top notch throughout and the pricing was very honest and fair. I can't recommend his services enough..
