This is good service and fast shipping I order again this seller

I ordered three tubes of Laroche-Posay face sunscreen. Only one arrived, but Silkrute still charged me the full shipping fee. Shipping was so expensive that I would have canceled my order had I known they couldn’t fulfill the entire order.

When the order arrived the Laroche-Posay product box had been clearly opened and taped back together prior to shipping. I’m afraid to use the product for fear it’s counterfeit or has been tampered with. Silkrute is refusing to refund my order because they say the inside box was damaged and taped during shipping or customs, despite me providing photos showing that their original plastic shipping bag had not been opened or damaged during transit.

Update: After I left this review Silkrute contacted me via WhatsApp and agreed to refund my money. In return, they requested that I "manage" my review. "Hope you understand and cooperate with us." To their credit they did eventually issue the refund.

I was really sceptical of ordering in silkrute due to several transactional denials but somehow it allowed me and I ordered two quantities of a branded coffee powder but received only one. Then I approached the customer support team and they investigated through it and offered me the option of getting back my balance item or getting back my refund. Because of the longer delivery process I opted for refund and they refunded my amount immediately. It was hassle free customer support and it’s not a scam. You can trust them but only thing is delivery takes longer. But the products are good. Thank you silkrute for helping me out. Mistake happens I can understand. Try to make sure what you are packing and sending to your customers before dispatching..wud definitely buy in future♥️

Silkrute is scammg men waiting 20 days for a tide soap bar .that's untouchable so they will get a bad review everyday til I die .see ya tomarrow remember dont buy nothing from silkrute they have fake reviews an will scam you .their crap an realky deserve no stars .if I could I would take that one star away but trust pilot requires atleast one star to write an post a review .

It wasn’t a bad experience, I placed an order for the first time through this website, however first time I have got the wrong product delivered because of similar names, however, I approached them and they sent me the correct one and i am happy, i have got my item. They are very easy to approach and gives very quick responses and take the accountability of their mistakes as well. Like the service. 😊

I ordered in bulk because the price of my item was incredibly competitive, even considering it was coming from India. I was sent tracking info, but I neglected to check it, so when I finally did it was 16 days after the package had supposedly been delivered. However, I was unable to get hold of the courier co. so I asked SilkRute to check if there was a photo or name of the person the package had been delivered to as I had not received it. They replied the same day with a photo and I was able to retrieve my package which had been safely stashed under a bush outside. SilkRute’s packaging was so good (double-packed in plastic bubble wrap sleeves) that despite being rained on and the label being eaten by snails my products were intact and dry. Great prices and even better service. Highly recommend.

It’s a legit site and very responsive. I even added and replaced items through WhatsApp. They also packaged very well and reimbursed the customs fee. And above all the products they sell are authentic and great quality!

I rated this company 5 star because they tried best from their side and that’s what matters. I placed few separate orders and being based internationally, each order had to be charged it’s own delivery fee, I contacted this company via WhatsApp (very convenient) and they were so simple and helpful to simply process all my orders (which I placed within 24hrs but separately) in one delivery charge and refund me other delivery charges. I truly appreciate their help and support.
Delivery did take about 15 days from India to the UK, but what matters is that everything was safely delivered and all the items were present.

Not sure if this website is legit, after entering all payment details , received message saying your payment processor declined the payment. I have to keep on eye if any unauthorised purchases appear in my card ensure the details gone into wrong hands
