I just keep getting emails saying order is ready to ship. They send email for every item in your order which is really annoying. Till date nothing when I will receive my order. They say first milestone reached which I cannot understand. Will never order from this company or either refer to family and friends.’

I found everything I was looking for and the prices were reasonable. Received my order before the given time frame . I had a great experience with this company .

I received updates of a few orders being shipped of 5 then all of a sudden they were all canceled. Luckily, I did get a refund but no explanation of why my order was cancelled when most of the items were still in stock and on the way..

I ordered some products from here.
At first I was a bit skeptical because of the Black Friday sales so I didn’t order a lot of stuff so I won’t feel bad if I was scammed.
However, to my greatest surprise, the customer service experience was very good.
I received a WhatsApp message and I was given the time line of my deliver which was 15-30 days.
My order came in before then and it was well packaged and exactly as described.
I will definitely buy from here again.

Both items arrived today in time for Christmas my son is going to be so happy!

I was the same and sceptical after reading bad reviews but something telling me to try anyway. So glad I did as could not get this particular item anywhere!

I immediately send email and what app number after I placed the order on Friday evening and I did not receive email confirmation- I thought oh no it’s going to be one of this scam.
So I waited patiently until Monday due to understanding there’s huge time differences and got response from both email and what app reassuring me that order has been process and gave me a tracking page and numbers.
It did not give much information on there to be honest but those items were “moving” along the process and arrived India despatch airport on 9th December. Last night I emailed and what app messaged them again. Did not get response til this morning they said it arrived in the UK so gave me the tracking postal number. I checked and it was indeed in Uk Langley HWDC which I googled and apparently it would take forever for it to go to customs.

BUT heyho doorbell rang this morning and I’ve actually got both items in my hand!!! So excited and I cried with happiness that there’s faith in the world and my son who autistic is very very particular about these two items. He’s going to be one very happy boy this Christmas!

Ordered on 4th December, never received email confirmation. When I contact them for assistance I don't get a response. However the order did arrive today (17th December).

On ordering medicines and making the payment, the message popped up that you will receive a confirmation email. After an hour, confirmation email has been received. Thankfully, received message in respect of order processing .Customer support also contacted me.

Trustworthy... received my package on time with neat packing.satisfied

Hello, I have ordered two products from silkrute. My order id is 253949.I did not receive the product and there is no tracking info for Australia. Either send me the refund or send the product with correct tracking info. I will complain to Ombudsman otherwise.

We ordered for some stuff for our school Diwali celebration in NZ. I placed an order over 2 months ago which still hasn't arrived.I have tried getting help via there help desk which repeatedly tells me to log in to my account which I never set up as I used the guest option and won't answer with a straight email The tracking tool is useless as it asks for a consignment number which I don't have, only a tracking number.I can't set up a new account via lost password as it doesn't send a link, so as of now I'm screwed and they don't seem to care!So much for 24/7 customer help.😃Well it turned out they were in the middle of elections and a public holiday so I'll cut them some slack, as they have given me all relevant details now and a full refund if order doesn't arrive in a week, can't complain about that!

I ordered 200-gram supply of "wild mace" or "Malabar mace" with botanical name of Myristica malabarica. This is commonly known as "maipatri" in Marathi and "rampatri" in Hindi. This is a compulsory ingredient in authentic Marathi cooking.

In cookery books published in India, the English name is "mugwort." ***IMPORTANT:*** Don't confuse this "mugwort" with Artemisia vulgaris!!! Even though when you look for "Artemisia vulgaris," it is also known as mugwort. It's confusing. I know.

Malabar mace / wild mace is Myristica malabarica.

I got my 200-gram supply of rampatri (maipatri) at Silkrute.com and I'll gladly use them again in the future. They are legitimate. I trust them and they have wonderful support team, in case you have questions on your order.
