Silk Executive Travel Reviews

Great experience - easy to book, very professional drivers, on time and with information being sent to you the day previous so you know everything is in hand. A super comfortable trip, the seats are great and entertainment helped the 4-5 hour journey go quickly!

Silk Executive Travel provided an exceptional service from start to finish. Daniel picked us up promptly at Heathrow Airport after a long and tiring flight. The vehicle was immaculate and felt like a luxury private jet on wheels.

The journey was smooth, relaxing and exactly what we needed after travelling. Daniel’s courteous manner and attention to detail really stood out, making the whole experience feel first-class. I would highly recommend Silk Executive Travel to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality transport.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. The two drivers Ricardo and Tommy were so professional helpful and photography skills were on point . The vehicles were beautiful inside, loved the little sweet treats and water. We paid extra for the Moët and our guests enjoyed the seamless transfer from the Hotel and Aintree. Highly recommend and will definitely rebook

Wedding Travel
We used Silk as the transport for our wedding for our wedding party (groom & groomsmen, bride & bridal party).
The pick-up from the first venue was on time and Davide could not do enough to ensure the groom and his groomsmen were happy, comfortable and on time.

There was then another three pick-ups from a different location to the venue, Davide was on time for all of these and every trip said how amazing he was, he ensured all passengers we're refreshed, safe and happy before heading to the venue- he even took a picture or two when asked, he was great!

The booking process was really easy, the cost was extremely good value for money and the overall experience was fantastic thank you!
Mr & Mrs Coady

Have used numerous times and will continue to do so. Clear communication and fabulous service.

Great communication from start to finish. I made a few changes to the schedule and had lots of questions and they were exceptionally helpful and professional. Text updates were received on the day of travel confirming arrival at pick up points which was fantastic. Timings were of the essence on the day and the service and, quality of vehicle, and driver contact was brilliant - thankyou!

Absolutely brilliant, great service, professional, second time booking, would definitely recommend

Fab service, highly recommend! Great communication, driver very polite and friendly but most of all, the car looked stunning. It made my daughter’s birthday very special. Thank you

Shean was lovely. Very helpful and we felt happy, excited, relaxed and well looked after. I particularly loved that water was supplied. (It's the small things 😊) We were going to a gig and I wasnt sure if they would let me take my water bottle in so left it behind. Happy to be able to hydrate en route. My son loved watching his You Tube channel on the TV and we loved every minute. He says when he makes his millions he will use Silk to go EVERYWHERE. Thank you for making it so special. Hope to use again soon.

great service , hamper was a nice little touch. will definitely be using these again ☺️

Beautiful vehicle. Smooth service from start to finish! Super clean and great drivers. Felt very luxury, worth every penny! Highly recommend this company.
Will be booking for everything possible in the future.

Easy pick up, comfortable ride and great welcome from Daniel.
Learned about you from a post in Insta that Gemma Atkinson did.
Will use you again. Only snag was getting the confirmation through after I’d booked and paid - didn’t go into my junk. I had to ask a couple of times and still it didn’t arrive until hours later.

Great driver and really good service

Absolutely fantastic service, booked transfers to and from the airport, I had to make a last minute alteration that was not an issue at all and an additional transfer sorted at short notice. The drivers were professional and helpful and the vehicles were excellent. I would definitely recommend and use Silk again. 100%
