I was actually surprised
I was actually surprised at what an involved process it is today ,even though they have done away with the $200 tax stamp ,but going through The Hub in Showlow, Arizona and your company with the kiosk that they had there. It was pretty seamless and easy under the guidance of the personnel at The Hub.

NM is not a free state and still doing everything the way it was before the ruling, at least that's what the dealer says. You're web site does not match what's actually happening.

The only thing that I could suggest to improve the experience is to make the flow more intuitive by highlighting "next steps" on the page rather than having to search for a button to click on. Some phrases are boxed like a button, but are not, which led me to have to call you to clarify what to do next.
Overall though, I muddled through it with great success and highly recommend it.
