Silencer Central makes it easy

Buying a suppressor is an extremely complex process that Silencer Central makes simple. I've really been impressed by their communication and how easy they make it to navigate through the many necessary steps. You can tell they've put a lot of time and effort into their online system.

Misleading info provided about shipping

I purchased a suppressor from them and the process was fairly simple. Then I had to purchase and adapted because the adapter included with the suppressor didn't fit my barrel. I looked at a couple of different places for the adapter. The prices were all within a few dollars, but I decided to purchase from Silencer Central because they told me the adapter would ship either that day or the next and it would be coming from a dealer in my state (NC). Then two days later I get a shipping notification stating that the shipping label was created and discovered the adapter is coming from SD. After waiting another day, the shipping status still says, "Label created." I chatted online with Silencer Central and they offered no help. So, I was mislead to believe I would receive the adapter in a "couple of days," but they still haven't shipped it. Creating a shipping label doesn't count as shipping the package. Do better.

In store pickup

I own several Suppressors from Silencer Central. But I am very disappointed that now South Dakota residents cannot stop in and pick up their suppressor in person. I live 45 miles away. Why would I wait 7+ days to get it. When I could get it within an hour? Very very disappointed. I don't believe I will buy anymore

Takes way too long after approval

Customer service is amazing the only reason I’m rating a 1 is because of the time it takes to receive your suppressor. After ATF approval it’s ann entire waiting process to first go through the 7 day mandatory waiting persons then to ship your suppressor to their ffl and then to your door. Extremely disappointed I could’ve just went with silencer shop and had my suppressor already. If you’re in need of a quick purchase don’t buy here, their process takes longer than the ATF themselves lol.

I recently purchased a BANISH 22 suppressor from Silencer Central, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. I was highly recommended by friends and colleagues to go through them, and now I understand why. The process was incredibly smooth, streamlined, and user-friendly. They handled all the paperwork, including the Form 4, making the legal side of the purchase stress-free. What sealed the deal for me was their free tax stamp promotion—without a doubt, that was 100% the reason I chose Silencer Central over other options. The BANISH 22 itself performs flawlessly—lightweight, easy to clean, and incredibly quiet. It exceeded my expectations at the range. Silencer Central delivered exactly what they promised, and I couldn’t be happier with the suppressor or the service. If you're looking to buy a suppressor and want a no-hassle process with excellent support, I can’t recommend Silencer Central enough.

Pleased with the process with Silencer Central

A friend of mine recommended Silencer Central. I called Customer Service and was connected with Travis. I told him what I was planning to use the suppressor on. He offered two recommendations. I went ahead and ordered the smaller caliber model. A couple days later, I called Travis back and discussed changing my order to the larger model. He was very accommodating and revised the paperwork immediately. I put the suppressor in a trust name. The website indicated estimated wait times for federal approvals. The approval came in quicker than estimated. Just waiting on local LEO approval before the suppressor can be shipped. Overall, I am very pleased with the process. The snail mail finger print kit (receiving, self printing, and return mail) was one week. The online forms was simple; bear in mind that the federal forms contain some legalese designed to make it more difficult than it really needs to be but SC helps to clarify and simplify these things. I originally thought it would take a few months to obtain. Looks like about 3-4 weeks. Overall, I very happy with Silencer Central.

I have purchased several suppressors…

I have purchased several suppressors from silencer central and they make the process seem effortless from beginning to end. The only negative point I have really doesn’t have anything to do with silencer central but the 7 day waiting period after contacting CLEO is a drag. That should be eliminated. Keep up the good work silencer central.
