If I could give a zero I would

If I could give a zero I would. Bought some cargo pants which were faulty after 1 wash and can not get any help from customer services. These cargo pants aren't cheap and the customer service I have received is appalling.

You are losing costumers for sure…

You are losing costumers for sure without noticing it.
Tried last year to place an order but the site says that it cannot be shipped to my actual address.
(I never had any problem)!!
Well, today I tried again after a year but seems that the problem is still there. No way to order @ your website!!

Worst online buying experience I have…

Worst online buying experience I have ever encountered, ordered in November for Christmas gifts, money taken a month later my order still hasn't arrived. No communication from customer services. Shocking!

Very poor after sales

Very poor after sales, talking to a rebot not getting replied
Received a very poor quality gilet bad stitches hole in pocket manufacturer poor quality, unable to talk to a human I will never buy from this company again I’ve asked PayPal to step in, why should I pay £6.99 delivery and pay for return post for a faulty item, PayPal do not do return post no more since November I’m utterly disgusted with how I’m being blanked after to emails and trying to get sense from a robot.

MISSING ITEMS AND POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hopefully this review will help people out to decide if you really want to waste your time and money ordering from this company silsilk

I ordered 8 items in total, came on time as promised. After opening the package, 3 items were missing, I contacted them via emails 3 times on the 27th Nov, 29th Nov and the 2nd Dec, was ignored completely, no one contacted me. I tried to call them, incorrect number or no one picks up. I will be returning all the item and regarding the missing item, lets hope they refund all my money. I WILL NOT BE ORDERING ANYMORE FROM SILSILK AND I DON’T THINK ANYONE SHOULD AT ALL…..

They have refunded me only £222.40 when I should’ve been refunded 244.80, so what happened to £22.40 that I still owed????

Honestly I ain’t surprised at all and why should I contact someone who has replied back to my review???

Anyway for all the people out there PLEASE DON’T WASTE TIME AND MONEY WITH THIS COMPANY, CUSTOMER SERVICE IS IMPORTANT TO ALL OF US AND CLEARLY THEY DON’T HAVE THAT!

now i understand why this company has…

now i understand why this company has bad reviews because they sell aliexpress products that's why the ordered products don't arrive or they are not good quality hey guys if you want to buy cheap the same products write on aliexpress sik silk I bought a sik silk men's jacket on zalando and it is not worth the money, I will return it and today I looked out of curiosity on AliExpress and found this brand there, so I will go to the store in person to buy a new jacket, I will not buy it again online I am disappointed with zalando and fake sik slik

What kind of company makes you PAY to…

What kind of company makes you PAY to return there ridiculously oversized clothing then leaves you waiting (still) 3 plus weeks for the refund?

The clothing is WAY TOO BIG. I wear Medium or Large usually and the XS vest doesnt fit me, its like a dress. garbage.

DISGUSTING AFTER SALES SERVICE!!

I made an order and I paid for overnight delivery yesterday. (£6.99)

Today I’m being told my items will arrive tomorrow.

Have been emailing and messaging SikSilk all day.

They just keep sending the same email/message over and over.

Can’t actually speak to anyone because the phone number doesn’t work!

Overall TERRIBLE customer service!!!

I shall be deleting my account as soon as my items arrive.

IF they arrive!

Awful customer series and company

I ordered sunday morning for next day delivery still havent even received a confirmation email with a order number. Absolutely fuming as full payment has left my bank account no answer to phone or emails.

Bad customer service

Made a order from siksilk the order was delivered from dpd portugal to some place else 5km from mine adress , siksilk customer service doesnt work at all trying to get a refound or new delivery about a week ago and nothing. - UPDATE - refound received after Irantzu replied to my complain here

No longer offers free returns

No longer offers free returns. Have shopped with them for years. No longer will I be spending money with SikSilk.
May I also say, even now they charge to return items, they still only offer Royal Mail as a return option.
VERY POOR.

I ordered some white t shirts

I ordered some white t shirts, they sent me in black (which I never wanted) emailed customer service they asked me to email them back with my order number and a picture of the t shirt which I did send them and they never got back to me. Sent them email twice to ask what’s going on but no response at all, they just kept on quiet!!

Customer service is rubbish!

I’ve sent items back for refund over…

I’ve sent items back for refund over £100 worth via their return process and know they have recieved items due to tracking number i have sent numerous emails and opened up 2 tickets via thief website and getting no response there phone number seems to not be working.
Very frustrating will have to try take this further if no joy from them within next couple days.

Decent Quality Clothing. However.......

Decent quality clothing but read the small print before ordering.
No free returns or exchanges but a part resolution after emailing them direct so customer services are above average.
