A couple of years ago, it was an amazing company, now it’s just rubbish! Customer service doesn’t even bother to apologise. Long story short: I ordered 3 items, and it was supposed to be next-day delivery, but after 4 days, I still haven’t received a email confirmation with delivery information. I sent an email and received a reply after 2 days, saying that my order wasn’t processed because one of my items is out of stock? What? I placed the order, and all items were showing in stock! I’m really angry and disappointed!

I have still not received my order after so many days. It was suppose to come in yesterday but then it got delayed. I received an email that it will be delivered on 19 August but after whole day i have still not received my order.

i Have placed several orders for items on siksilk.com and they have all been shipped very quickly and sent using DHL. Love the jeans and the Tshirts fit me just right. Have also ordered tracksuits. Never had any issues and the quality and fit are great. Returns are also super easy and now free which is even better. Highly recommend this company

All the products I have received now and in the past are of great quality. I have had issues with some products, but I had a response and exchange organized with 2hrs. Great shop, great customer service.

Great items had service. Ordered trousers in April unfortunately they started to dethread at the bottom about a month later. Contacted customer services who where more then helpful they sent me a choice of picking whichever replacement I wanted as they didn't have them ones in stock . Can't fault them . Thank you

I like the products. BUT

The customer service is appalling. I received a torn t-shirt which I really needed for an event which has now been ruined.

Tried to contact these clowns but never received a reply from email. No phone number in sight.... How can you sell expensive clothes, have a crap quality check in your factory and not have a help line for damaged goods??

It's daylight robbery, if you want siksilk get it from a vender not direct.

Not ordering again. Ordered two products, cargo joggers and a t-shirt. The cargo joggers are nice, but the t-shirt was nothing like the picture. I'm the same build and size as the model (6ft), but the shirt was just below my belly button—too short. After one wash, it would be like my girlfriend's top. I tried to get a refund or exchange for another product, but they are charging over three times more to return the item than I paid for delivery. A joke.

I ordered and paid for the goods in December 2024 and to this day I have not received the goods. Only an email on 14.1.25 with the shipment number, but it probably got lost somewhere.:)

Bad quality, doesn't last long after few washes it's already altered.

I ordered for 5500 kr clothing i still dident get my parcel and sikslik refuse to do anything about it so be aware if you order something and the mail man mess up you gonna pay for it i know the law and this is illegal i will take them to court for this lucky i know the law and can do this but many cant do this so all 7 am saying is if you order mess up = no help from sikslik

Great clothing and they make their return and refund process so easy and no hassle.

I'm very fussy with the fit and quality of a TShirt, and SikSilk nails it 100%. They have that lovely weight to them and look perfect every time. Customer service is spot on of you have any issues.
Honestly can't recommend this company enough..first class.

Siksilk very fastly became one of the worst brands! I’ve been a customer since day 1 (literally I’ve got the signature baseball shirt they fetched out) customer service don’t want to help it’s the same old! Basically customer service is wasting your time! BUT the main reason for this review! Siksilk have a very cheeky and horrible thing they do. Example item is £35… they do a “sale” and the exact same item is now £41!! They put false and fake prices on it saying it was originally £55 now it’s £41. So even the stuff they can’t sell they make out there doing you all a favour by reducing something which is as cheaper before it even went in the sale! I’ve got countless screenshots of this disgusting tactic they do! Boycott siksilk! 1) no customer loyalty! 2) prices scam. 3) the quality over the last 4 years as took a massive dip. They’ve made more money (dodgy sale scam) and reduced quality in clothes! Few years and this brand will be another forgotten name!! I’d give it a zero if I could!!!

There was a stitching fault in my jogger.
I sent them a mail and in 1 day I already received a new order for a new jogger.
That's how every company should work!

I ordered the pants and paid 6 euro for the delivery. I received not what I expected from a 65 euro pants (You can buy the same quality things in H&M or Lefties for half of the price). And paid 6.5 euro to sand them back. In fact, I paid more then 12 euro to try the overpriced pants. Thanks.

Honestly worst customer service ever. Over 1 week and no reply to emails. I have returned two orders for a refund and still have not received a refund

I had been a customer since 2016, and the only time I tried to open a return case for a defective puffer jacket that had a torn in it, I was not compensated or refunded. Instead they chose to send back the item to me. Never buying from them again.

shopping here for years now, great quality clothes, never had a problem with their products so don't know what the customer service is like, but always great quality products

Always order from uk and come fast like asos or JD but this worst shopping experience and the worst is their customer service after 8days of non updated order they cancel without even saying sorry
