My desk arrived very quickly, all of the pieces were organized and in good condition. It was easy to put together, and the LED light strip was also easy to apply and even comes with an App! The app itself is really nice quality, I love how you can customize ANY color and brightness you want.

I ordered furniture from this website and was absolutely delighted! The quality of the materials is outstanding – sturdy, well-made furniture that looks even better than in the photos.

Horrible company i ordert and the Order was never send so i am very worried Its an fake Store i will have too Consult my lawer too get an Return of my money. So please dont buy at this store!!!!!!

I ordered three living room items that were all in stock and the website stated they were to ship in two days with delivery in another three. This was five days ago, I have sent two queries in to customer service about the order and not one response. At least if I was getting replied to it would not seem so bad. I asked if the delay was going to be longer that I would need a refund to locate the items locally as I have no living room furniture until this arrives.

The instructions on putting the desk together was the most helpful. The pictures were clear, uncluttered, and worded perfectly for understanding. I put the whole unit together for my 13 year old daughter. It was her Christmas present. She loves it! And the LED light is the icing on the cake!

I wanted to make a return but they offered me a measly 30euros for a product worth 250. After declining it they then offered me 80euros despite me saying I wanted a full refund and since then they have chosen to ignore me. Terrible company and customer service

I highly recommend this company because I had an excellent experience with my purchase, and the customer service was outstanding.

I ordered a coffee table on November 18th, as the website indicated the product was in stock. After two weeks of waiting with no updates about the delivery, I reached out via email to inquire about my order. I was informed that, due to an overloaded warehouse, I would need to wait until December 20th.

I waited patiently, even sending two more emails a week before the promised delivery date. On December 20th, I received yet another email from them with the same excuse about being overloaded, only this time adding that my product was "unfortunately" out of stock and offering a different color instead.

This has been the worst shopping experience I’ve ever had. Waiting an entire month only to receive this unprofessional response is unacceptable. I’ve requested a full refund and will never purchase from this website again.

the same thing can be bought for less on temu or amazon trust me I know all the Chinese sellers and they offer the same after sales service if you don't want to buy the same thing at a more expensive price and be a fool then use the image or even just search for sikaic on temu or amazon and buy it I guarantee that they're the same even if they're different brands they're the cheapest on temu and I'm responsible for that Temu is the cheapest, responsible for what I say.

I ordered a L shape desk from them. I relized that I didn't have the room necessary for it and asked to cancel my order, they said OK orders canceled. Then I get a email that my order is about to ship. I once again told them to cancel my order, they again said order is canceled. I got a email that the order shipped. once again I contacted them, the said they would try and intercept the package. Later I got a email saying that they were able to intercept the package. I left to go out of town for five days and got a email saying package was delivered.

I'm very happy with the dresser I purchased. Delivery was fast, instructions were clear. It took a bit of time to assemble, however instructions were very clear and easy to follow. I love the lights embedded in the top drawer that I can control from my phone. The dresser looks lovely and fits my Boho theme.

I like the design of the desk and I dislike the quality of the desk if they would improve on the quality of the materials that they use to build their desks with that would be great.

Takes time to put together but simple

The desk came quickly and the instructions were user friendly and easy to follow! It’s more durable than anticipated, and works well for exactly what I needed! Really enjoy the extra shelving for storage and display purposes, and the lights are fun!

Plus : fast delivery, product nice
Cons : impossible to get invoice (the purchase was for company)

Certainly everything looks good until you need after sales services...

Dislike: Lots of miscommunication /misunderstandings between Sikaic customer service and customer. Instructions on manual were not the best.

I'm going be completely honest, when I first saw this site I thought it was fake, but I can safely say it is completely legit! The desk shipped quickly and arrived two days early. The building was quick and painless. I like the shelving and sturdy desk able to fit my monitor. The drawers are nice and roomy and don't have wheels or tracks. There's plenty of shelving for figures and statues and any kinds of collectibles also open backing for proper air flow.

The desk is good quality for the price, I have been using it for a few weeks now and am very happy with it. It is very sturdy and I have plenty of space to do what I need without the desk taking up a whole lot of room. Would definitely purchase again. Shipping was pretty fast and assembly was not too complicated
