Customer service is painful

Customer service is painful, they come up with some many hoops to jump that you eventually give up. Chair was faulty and just kept getting another task to do (6 emails and 2 videos) instead of just replacing it. Still no solution!?!!

A great ergonomic chair for work and study

Actually, I had a great experience with the SIHOO ergonomic chair three years ago, when I first used the M57 chair in the office of my old company. Therefore, I had no doubt when deciding to buy this M57 chair again to support my study and work at home. The setup of this chair supports my back a lot, which definitely improves my productivity compared to a general chair. SIHOO also offers a discount for students, which I sincerely appreciate. I would love to recommend this to everyone who needs a good-quality ergonomic chair at an affordable price to support their working/studying experience.

Great chair in this price range

I’m quite happy with my Doro C300 chair. The design is modern and appealing, and the mesh material makes it very comfortable even for extended periods of sitting; perfect for people like me who work from home.

Initially, the backrest supports broke, but the customer service was excellent and quickly replaced the broken chair with a new, improved version free of charge.

One downside is the squeaking noise that started about 1–2 weeks after use, which can get a bit annoying.

The main material is hard plastic, but it still feels sturdy and of good quality.

All in all, it’s a good chair for its price range with some room for improvement.

Great Chair, Great Support — A Game Changer for My Back

’ve been using the SIHOO C300 chair for about a week now, and I’m honestly impressed. As someone who regularly suffers from back pain, I’m very picky when it comes to chairs — but this one exceeded my expectations.

The comfort level is outstanding, especially in the lumbar area. The lower back support was something new for me, and it took a bit of time to understand how it works and how it interacts with my posture. But once I got used to it, it felt really good and supportive.

The packaging was secure and neat, and the assembly process was smooth and actually enjoyable — everything was clear and well-organized, which made the setup stress-free.

I also reached out to the SIHOO support team for an additional part to improve my experience, and they’ve been very responsive and helpful, usually replying once or twice a day. They were genuinely supportive and worked with me to find a good solution.

Overall, I’m very happy with this purchase. Great product, great support — and most importantly, my back is thankful!

I recently purchased two chairs from…

I recently purchased two chairs from this company, and sadly, both experiences were extremely disappointing.

The first chair, the Shioo S100, arrived in what I would describe as awful condition. It was covered in oil and sticky to the touch — I realize some people might not mind that, but to me, it felt completely unhygienic and unusable.

Still hoping for a better experience, I ordered a second chair, the Shioo M57. Unfortunately, this one was even worse for me. It felt way too small, very uncomfortable, and the mesh material felt sharp and irritating — honestly, it feld like being poked by a stingray. I know comfort is subjective, but this chair just didn’t work for me at all.

When I tried to return the S100, it ended up being sent back to my own address just two days later. I don’t know if the return label was faulty, but that’s not something I should be held responsible for.

The company promises a Customer Satisfaction Guarantee, but so far, I haven’t experienced anything close to that. Support has been slow to respond, unhelpful, and the return process is dragging on far too long.

I expected much more — both in terms of product quality and service especially from a company this big

I like the chair

I like the chair, but will know better after using it for more than 3-4 days; say in a year or so. The package arrived undamaged, and the packing was very good. Assembly was straightforward with no missing or damaged parts. My order apparently got lost somewhere, it took a threatening email to get things back on track. My advice is to follow up with support if you haven't received tracking data after 5-6 days.

D03 Electric Adjustable Standing Desk and Doro S100 Office Chair

I love my new D03 electric adjustable standing desk. I've been very excited about this and have purchased it as a part of my podcast office set up. I am the host on the podcast: "Conversations with Svend" which offers guidance and insights around dating and relating, conscious sexuality, money, abundance, prosperity healing and also: "Deep dive nature talks" which is offering inspiring talks about natural living in harmony with nature and social prescription, how to live well and improve mental health.
I found the communication from SIHOO good and the delivery was perfect, using good packaging. I had an exciting time with my PA getting everything ready and setting it all up. The instructions were good and clear and I really find the standing desk along with the chair perfect in my office; I'm looking forward to recording my first podcast with Elijah Parker from the Gene Keys on next Friday using this set up also with a Røde microphone and a Pre-Sonos studio 24C interface which I got from a bursary from Carmarthenshire County Council. I am really, really happy with my Sihoo DO3 electric adjustable standing desks. I need to figure out the memory settings with my PA next Tuesday. Everything is going to be fantastic. Thank you so much SIHOO for doing this work designing ergonomic and stylish functional office furniture.

I also ordered a Doro S100 office chair which I also received in a very good packaging.
I enjoyed putting it together with my PA; it is very comfortable and ergonomic and really assists my creativity as a podcast host and documentary film maker. Thank you for this beautiful design. Very very comfortable to sit on.

Top-tier customer service!

One of the casters of my Sihoo chair was damaged by my moving company. After purchasing the chair for over one year, I reached out to Sihoo customer service with little hope that they might be able to help with it.
Much to my surprise, they responded immediately the next day, confirming my order number and my ergo chair type. They shipped a replacement caster right away to my address. Now I am sitting on this Sihoo ergo chair with a brand new caster.
Kudos to the amazing customer service team! They've done a great job taking care of their customers in the way most needed. This level of support long after purchase shows why Sihoo stands out from other office chair brands. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for both quality and reliable customer support!

Wonderful Chair and Amazing Customer Service

I absolutely love my Sihoo Doro C300, I have had it for 2 years and it is such a comfortable chair! As someone who spends a lot of time sitting at my desk it was important to have a chair that was supportive and comfortable but also well priced and the Doro C300 checked both of those boxes for me. I recently had a small issue with a part on my chair and reached out to Sihoo's customer service and received the most amazing help I've ever gotten! Their customer support representatives are kind and clear in helping navigate issues and they helped me resolve the issue much faster than I ever could have expected. Now that my problem has been resolved I hope I can enjoy my chair for many more years to come! Absolutely recommend the Doro C300 for anyone who sits at their desk for long times during the day and wants a comfortable and well-built chair that is backed by wonderful customer service.

Disappointed with M57 chair

Bought the M57 chair, later noticed it only fits people up to 180cm height. Not meant for the Western European market, but they don't mention this anywhere. Chair height and lumbar support are far too low for tall people. Also disappointed with the legs and wheels of the chair carriage -- they don't glide smoothly at all and "block" themselves while turning. Assembly is okay, but takes close to an hour.

I’m very satisfied

I’m very satisfied with my purchase from SIHOO. The chair I received met all my expectations — it’s very comfortable and well-designed.
