The name badge was very very small and too expensive

Happy with my purchase. The only thing I didn't realise when purchasing this sign it came from overseas. I was confused as your website is .au.
I was charged OS transaction fees from my bank, which I wasn't happy about because I thought I was purchasing from Australia.

Get the order from the website to the order page without it changing size. When an order is not what was ordered on the website, offervto set I tvstraight. I would never use you evercagain.

I ordered four 200mm x 100mm aluminium street number signs for the houses on our private road. The signs arrived shipped from sweden in about 2 weeks. The materials and workmanship appear high quality and are highly visible. I was able to drill holes and mount them without damaging the paint.

Easy to use website. Creating my own design was relatively straightforward. Great communication. I was continually updated on the progress of my order.
My design was both manufactured and posted quickly. Delivery was fast all the way to Tasmania.
Multiple payment options available competitive shipping rates and posted to a Po Box which really helps me.

The entire process of designing my product was seamless and intuitive. The website is fantastic and in depth, but the best thing was the service I received. I made a mistake in my design and didn’t realise until after I paid for it. Even though this was my mistake, instead of being told it was too late, when I reached out the team went above and beyond to make sure I got what I wanted.
