The problem is communication. The company told me it would ship out on a certain date, arrive about 2-3 days later and I would get a call about delivery to coordinate it. It didn’t come when they said so I reached out and it wasn’t in production yet. They gave me a new date. It didn’t ship out on that date either. Sign showed up over a week and a half late. No call about coordinating the delivery. And they delivered it to the wrong address, my house not my business. So I then had to move the sign myself to my business.

Fantastic costumer service. Design team verifies that everything is perfect before fabrication. The quality of the shipping crates is unparalleled , and nothing shows up damaged. The electrical connections are customizable and easy to work with. The low voltage quick connect systems are great for multi-sectional signage. And, the double printing key the colors fill and rich when illuminated, and absolutely POP at night!
I’ve installed many of their signs as a contractor, and they have become the absolute go-to for my business.

The sign came out very nice. It was a little pricey but worth the quality.

The staff was incredible, detailed, and went over the top to make sure our sign (which had custom dimensions) was perfect. They were patient as our small town wrangled over permits and drawings. The price was super fair. DID I SAY the team was incredible. High quality sign/materials. You won't regret it!
