Login process too difficult

The authentication and login process to AWS is tragically difficult. Wasted hours and still can't login, reset password was successful and didn't help either. And they don't tell you which part is wrong so it's by trial and error. And when I'm typing the right credentials, the red error message is just blank. Now I'm risking losing my account forever. I just want to pay the bill, but it's not possible. AWS should learn from other companies who has this process more efficient.
