The process was confusing and I didn't like the fact that you couldn't talk to a real person!! So I felt like I was in the dark and thought I was being scammed!! Custom communication needs to be worked on! But the card looks great and I love the feel of it 👍

Gold card is so shiny and heavy! Will be ordering many more with our other cards! Service and turnaround was fantastic and so quick! Will be sending more friends that want the cards as well!

The card is as I had hoped. High quality. Only downside is the tap to pay no money works, but the chip and barcode work great. Shipping was fast both ways.

The entire process was a 10 plus. The communication was timely and clear. The design was exactly what I requested and the end product was even bettter than I had imagined. Value? Incredible!

The support staff was right on. Everything they said they would do, they did. The credit card is very cool. The problems is that I want to use it all the time but that means I spends too much money, lol

The entire process from card creation, receiving the proof, then UPS Epressing my old card to receipt of my new card was amazing and everything was done within 6 days. I sent my old card on a Friday, and the new card arrived early on Wednesday. I love the weight, feel, and the fact that a photo I took is on it. Have already received multiple compliments.

Ok, let me say I love the card. I can use it in grocery stores but for some reason, it does not work in gas station pumps. I will be purchasing another one in the future because I still love the card.

Just WOW! Amazing work!!

Signetlondon has excellent customer service, extremely fast turnaround time, and a beautiful product. Recently, the chip broke on my card and I contacted Signet because I purchased the insurance with my card. Once my new credit card arrived Signet immediately sent a shipping label and the process began and ended seamlessly.

Super speedy service sent my card off on Monday received my new card on Wednesday. Great quality looks fantastic.
Slightly disappointed that it now not a contactless card, would have liked to have known this beforehand
