I'm adding 1kw of solar for the RV
I'm adding 1kw of solar, 800Ah of LiFePO4 storage, and a Victron Multi-plus-II system to the Class A RV. I worked with Emily McCrary, who was professional, sharp and detailed, patient and immensely helpful. They has excellent prices on most of the items I wanted, and shipped quickly for free. I would buy from them again any time, and I recommend them.

Quality products and quality folks
I've actually been to the Signature Solar campus and am very impressed with the friendliness, courtesy, and professionalism of everyone I interacted with. My experiences have ranged from needing design work, support, and an exchange. They have taken care of me every step of the way.
Some of their latest products are so new to the market that there isn't a very large community of users to gain knowledge from. Even the tech support folks seem to be playing catch up in some cases. Their products are pretty slick so I have confidence the user community will just keep growing. Their tech support will keep improving, too.
People tend to complain loudly and praise quietly - if at all. I'm not disregarding any complaints that are out there, I submit that there are many satisfied customers out there that just aren't saying anything. Anger spurs action and complaint, satisfaction spurs quiet contentment.
Signature Solar has great products and bends over backwards to satisfy their customers. What more can you ask for?

Its very rare
Its very rare that I will consider writing a review but on this occasion I felt I had to offer my thoughts.
I cant say I've ever dealt with a company that's more into giving customer satisfaction. The whole team have been awesome. If they say they'll call you back, they do, they are super helpful and so considerate and pleasant to talk with. Their apparent dedication to the company and its success is obvious, they did their job for me until I was completely satisfied and they went to the ends of the earth to do it. I'm so thankful.

One and done with this company they…
One and done with this company they sold me parts I did not need and when I return them they only give me half of my money that I paid cash for there's nothing wrong with the parts I sent back and I want my full refund before I do any more business I recommend people find another company to do business with one that doesn't seem so greedy they punish you for returning new unused items that you never needed my order number is 6 8429

Worthless tech support
I purchased a pallet of panels, 6 batteries, and one 8K EXP all in one split phase inverter + charge controller.
All products came well packaged and undamaged.
The problem started when I connected the inverter to the battery BMS. Kept getting a COMM error. After a lot of back and forth, I tried using another battery as Master. It started working as it should. Tech support claimed the batteries won’t talk to the inverter, despite Signature Solar selling a special COMM cable for that exact purpose. More to that story but I’ll save it for now.
Then I began noticing that the recognized output from the solar arrays was higher than the actual measured voltage x current. Again SS tech support had no clue and asked for a lot of measurements that had no bearing on the problem. Still I had a system that worked OK just no way to evaluate what was being produced/consumed through the app.
Then I began noticing that as dawn started generating a few watts of PV power, the inverter would shut down and restart. Tech support regularly took a week to respond and their responses were essentially worthless.
Summary: good products at a good price but be careful about the more complicated offerings like inverters. SS tech support doesn’t know their products well enough to answer basic issues, let alone more complex ones.

Very bad company to deal with
Very bad company to deal with. Both EG4 6500 EX Inverters failed out of the box. It took me 10 days of going back and forth to get them to finally agree to replace them. They wanted me to take them down and ship them back at my expense. I am off grid so I have not had electricity for the last 10 days and it is 96 degrees and humid here now in Florida. I asked if I can pay for them in advance and then have them refund the money when they got the old ones back. I still have limited use of them for lighting but they will not run my well pump, etc.
They responded saying that they had to verify my shipping address because it was not the same as my shipping. They already shipped two inverters to my residence with the same billing information so they already have verification of the address. I asked if there was anyway of getting them out today because I cannot be without power for another week. Here is both of their answers:
Sir, i do apologize, yet please understand that its not that we do not value your service in any manner, way, shape, or form.... but there are hundreds of individuals with current shipping orders, that in all fairness are within the same que waiting for there equipment due to there own start up needs, warranty conditions, or circumstances that may place them without power such as those that were hit recently with the storms that have swept across north east Texas.
In correlation with the nature of the shipping industry around holiday times, it does place restrictions that are outside of the normal day to day operations.
it may also vary in time due to the policies in place for the pre authorization of the financial institution in which you use. depending on the bank for example, it could take anywhere from 24-72 hours to process a pre authorization payment. This was not attributed to this particular instance, but just a general example of how some things are indeed beyond our control, and not indicative of us not trying to assist, quite the opposite.
2nd answer:
Sir, you bought these units in december, you set them up two weeks ago and put your entire farm on the inverters before you made sure that they were properly working, which you told me they have not worked, and now you are trying to blame us because we are willing to send you out brand new units, just not at the time frame you are wanting them to come to you. We have been very helpful, and been pretty quick to help you as well. When you emailed us last night both me and Chris were not here. I understand that the issue with the inverter is not your fault, but there is also a procedure we have to follow to get these units out to you.
I cannot believe I received emails like this from a company. As it is you sit on hold for tech support for hours upon a time. I literally wasted about 7 hours of my time in the last 10 days waiting on tech support.
