Do not use!!! Thread color was unilaterally changed by this vendor making patches unusable for project. Refused to refund although not what was ordered. Excuse was that they changed manufacturers and the thread color was what their new manufacturer uses. These guys are third party reseller jokers. Stick with a supplier that makes everything in-house.

I ordered over 200 patches, at a cost of well over $1000. It has been right about 6 months since delivery, however with an order than large, they have obviously not all been worn yet.

Some of the patches started falling apart within 2-3 wears on uniform. The Velcro backing just separates from the actual patch. I figured it was a fluke and ignored. I have had 10-20% of them just totally fail and fall apart

I contacted the company to see if I could get the totally fallen apart patches replaced. I provided photos showing the failures, and you can see the patches are still in clean condition and not beat up.

The company was totally unwilling to help at all, since I didn’t email them within 30 days of my order. The only “offer” I got was a discount on my next order. The odds of me ordering more patches after spending over $1000 and getting 0 customer service is laughable.

GO ELSEWHERE.

The customer service team was amazing. They created my proofs & helped me with any revisions I asked for. They were super quick to respond to my emails & I got my patches earlier than expected. I got my patches on the hook & loop backing. It is a super strong and secure attachment. My patches look great & are exactly what I expected!

This company has taken care of my companies patches several time and they are always of the best quality, fast shipping, and great customer service.

Amazing Company. Their products are very high quality, their customer service is absolutely incredible, and their service is unbelievably fast. Could not be happier with them.

I ordered from this company 2 sets of patches (same logo but different colours). The coloured version of the patches they nailed out of the gate, and I was very satisfied with the quality. I also ordered a "tactical" olive drab subdued colour variant of the same logo, and the first time it arrived, the colours were a bit too bright for my liking. Without hesitation, Kenny was there to satisfy me without me even asking. He went out of his way for months to make sure the colour I envisioned for the patches were up to my standard - and he and his team nailed it! He did not charge me at all for the second set of patched. I am a very satisfied customer. The product is great, and the customer service is what really seals the deal for me. This is how businesses should be run, and I will definitely be a returning customer. If you are looking for someone to do your patches/pins, or anything else for your organization, look no further, this is the one to go with.

Signature patches was easy to work with and were helpful in assisting with the proof process and color selection. They also had the best pricing for PVC patches that I've found to date. I'm very happy with the final product and will definitely be using them in the future!

The coins came out awesome, and costumer service was awesome as well with some issues I had.

Fantastic patches and support, couldn't be happier! The PVC quality is great and will hold up well. My squadron is in Japan and they securely shipped everything very expeditiously. As they say in the Navy, Bravo Zulu!

For start, Kenny was absolutely wonderful in walking us through every step. Colors are vibrant and better than we expected. They even sent us a few extra samples for free. Top notch quality and service.

Customer service is exceptional, and made the ordering process flawless. When we received our product, it was so much better than we had expected. We redid an existing emblem, and the improvements made by their designers were amazing. They did so much more than "the bare minimum," and we are thrilled.

I have used Signature Patches several times for various Fire Departments I have been with. Once again, they did not fail! Fantastic job! The website is easy to use; great staff that is willing to work with you; great price on 100% embroidered patch. They where even delivered about a week before the estimated shipping date!
