my account has been blocked for over 7…

my account has been blocked for over 7 months now.
I recently received an email from Wirex that my account will be closed for no reason and my money on my account would be transferred to a btc account that I specified.
So far the money has not been transferred to my BTC account from Coinbase.

I have more than €300 in my account and would like this back.
I hope it is finally resolved or I will take legal action to get my money back.

Hope it finally gets resolved and my money is refunded. To be continued.
