By a landslide the worst company I’ve ever had to deal with. Bought a rug (with discount) which totalled to £165. When it finally arrived 2 months later, it was nothing like the rug displayed on the website. Horrible cheap material where it looked like the pattern had just been sprayed on. I sent it back which you have to do on your own, they merely provide an address. After a couple of days the package reached the destination and was subsequently ignored and sent to the nearest depot. I tried to get in touch with them to which they responded once to state they had not received it. That was the last time I heard from them.
After about 2/3 weeks of emailing and trying the chat box (which is absolutely pointless by the way as it just sends an email), I finally opened a PayPal dispute and provided their lack of response as evidence and was finally refunded about 5 months after purchase.
Poor quality items shipped from China, you may as well just use Temu or shein, at least you know the quality you’re paying for.
Would never waste another penny on them, useless.

Ultimately dishonest. This is a drop-shipping site and a side hustle for someone shipping goods directly from China. Poor quality, overpriced and terrible customer service. Shipping was beyond slow and well outside the 7-10 days delivery time. Avoid like the plague.

You really can’t find these items anywhere else! Got a cute brick photo frame set, the coolest lamp ever, and some planters. They came quickly, and the Sickhaus team was super nice when I reached out with a question. I’ll definitely be coming back.
Bit of a Wait, But Worth It
Got the Black Ivory Wave Rug and some frames, and they’re exactly what I hoped for. Had to wait a bit longer than I’d like, but Sickhaus’s team kept me updated, so all good in the end. Will order again, but just gonna make sure to do it well in advance.
Good items and quick delivery
My order came within a week with great packaging to keep the fragile items secure. My items (two mushroom glass) are good quality. I cannot wait to use them!
Simply the Worst. Order 8660
My item, an 8 ball rug was delivered significantly later than promised and was very poor quality. Poorly packaged and with numerous scuffs and marks on it. There's no indication on the website that items are shipped directly from China. I've received significantly better service from Temu. I was granted a return via a not very user friendly returns system and due to the service up to that point decided to spend £12 on tracked delivery for the return. It has now been 3 weeks and I have had no response from this company. I have emailed on an almost daily basis and used the chat function on the website. I've been shopping on line for years and I can honestly say this is the worst service I've ever recieved. If you're reading this Sickhaus please do the right thing and support your dissapointed and out of pocket customers.

Quite possibly one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with.
Made my order on October 29th, item received on the 12th November. I wasn't too displeased on the time of delivery. However my problems come down to the quality or there lack of quality in the items. One of my items was supposed to be a bedside table however it was only slightly taller than a bucket...
It only gets worse, I then within 5 minuets of opening my items start an RMA through their website of which I've still yet to hear anything back from! I've sent another 2 additional emails with zero response. It's been 1 month and I've had no communication from them.
Taken my money, sent me some cheap items from China and have seemingly disappeared.
Please don't be tempted to order anything from this site.

I ordered a lamp that was clearly damaged, scratched and the instructions were missing.
The bag that came with the screws was old and tatty. Everything looked cheap and nothing like what is advertised.
I’ve tried to contact them through email and through the web chat.
I got one email saying they would forward the issue to the warehouse team for investigation, but I’ve heard nothing since.
Every single day for 9 days now I’ve tried to contact them, and I’ve been completely ignored!

Ordered three items on the 2nd November from what I thought was a UK based store, and the price point had me thinking these were more ethically made than mass-produced - what's become clear is that they're obviously just dropshipping woeful quality items from China and marking up the prices insanely. You could order the same things off Temu/Shein. It's taken 4 weeks for two of the three items I ordered to arrive - a mushroom lamp which looks nothing like the pictures (it's cheap rubbish). and a clock which damaged in just about every way you could imagine (handles broken, dial to change time not working, plastic face cover bent out of shape, even the battery that came with it is dented to the point where it's unusable). Obviously have had no response to any of my emails requesting a refund - and the third item in the order is yet to arrive either... will see what that looks like when it gets here but my hopes are not high. AVOID, the guy is a total scam.

Ordered products, received an email saying they've been dispatched to the courier. Courier never got them and now radio silence from Sickhaus' customer service. Amazed companies like this still exist. Blatant fraud. 😡

Really disappointed with the customer service. Ordered a lamp and some art work on the 1st of November. Not received. The tracking feature has no further information after the 4th of November. No response to several emails apart from the auto response. No response on Facebook, they just keep deleting my comments. I wish I had read reviews before I bought from this company. Would not buy from here again. Steer clear!!!!
Update - 27/11/24. Received the artwork by Royal Mail today. Completely creased and crumpled. Awful quality. If I could upload a photo I would. Still no lamp…
