Ordered a jumper at Christmas that cost £75 and it did not fit. I followed the instructions to start a return which was first emailing the company. No response from any emails so attempted to contact via social media but all messages bounced back with an auto response stating they don’t man their inboxes.

I have commented on all their social media posts and every comment has either gone unnoticed or has been deleted

STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS COMPANY!!!!

The jumper was very expensive yet this Sian Marie doesn’t seem to give a toss about the money she takes from people.

I have been trying to get my money back for 3 months and unfortunately I doubt I’ll ever see it again.

I noticed on their social media platforms that a lot of other people have been very unlucky like me. It’s such a shame - I work hard everyday to be able to spend my money on nice things but then you have disgusting humans like this one who just take your money and couldn’t care less about the customer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!!!!!! There’s so many better, HONEST small businesses out there

Awful, received item which didn't fit so emailed for information on how to return. I returned my item and it has been a month, I have not received my refund. I have emailed customer service numerous with no luck.
I am now £75 out of pocket!!! This company should not be running, basically stealing money off people!!

Ordered a jumper when it arrived it was nothing like photo so tried to return - No return label inside.

Returned and been waiting for refund for 3+weeks!!!

No reply back from numerous emails! We have made a dispute via the bank!

I received an item that I ordered and tried it on. The material was awful and was very uncomfortable on your skin. I have emailed customer services multiple times for a returns label as one wasn’t included with my order. I have still had no response, it has been over two weeks.

I usually ALWAYS read the reviews before ordering but didn't this time and wow I wish I did. I received my goods around two weeks after placing an order, and the fit and quality was horrendous. I followed the returned procedure, and returned using 1st class signed for delivery. I have since heard nothing from the company after emailing them several times!!

Avoid!! I wish I read these reviews earlier 😭 it’s a scam company. £75 stolen from me before Xmas. What I received was nothing like the picture, emailed to return. Returned special delivery signed for and still no word from them. I cant believe they’re still in business. I’ve wasted £90 buying and returning the item with no refund or even product to show for it. So disappointed. The owner should be ashamed

AVOID THIS COMPANY. Honestly the worst company I’ve ever used to purchase online. Ordered a fleece from them, material was incredibly cheap, not worth the £75 at all. No return form with the order so couldn’t even return it. Emailed their customer service requesting a return form so I could get a refund. No response still over a week later.

I should have read these reviews before ordering.

Absolutely awful returns policy (I actually wanted an exchange).

Zero response from Customer Services by email and there is no phone number.

The requirement that the customer must return any items within 7 days of receipt is not in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This company won’t be trading for much longer.

My sister ordered a t-shirt in April and returned it L, they told her she was going to get refunded with a gift voucher but she has yet to get the voucher and now they are not responding to her emails, I sent one on her behalf never got a response, she has also messaged privately but nothing

Really bad customer service!! I have never written a review before but it has taken far too long now for anyone to make contact with me via other social media.
On 27/04 I received an email saying I was getting a refund of £21 to a gift card when the T-shirt I returned was £28. I paid part gift card and part card. The gift card was for my sister was I ordered bits for her via that and that other stuff for me on the card. I still have not received this refund and do know where this refund has gone to as it has not come into my bank or a gift card.
I sent a follow up email about this on 27/04, 29/04, 04/05 and again 12/05 and have had no replies. On 16/05 I sent an instagram message as no one was getting back to me and still no reply!!
I don’t know where to take this further now and have truly been disappointed by the customer service from this company. My order number is 9782 IF anyone from the customer service department reads this.

Sian Marie sent me a duplicate fleece out by mistake, I was honest and contacted them to return it, they agreed to refund my postage. They received the fleece back one week ago and have not responded to three emails from myself chasing the refund for postage! So now I am out of pocket because I was honest! Do not use this company!!

I ordered the black puffer coat, it arrived and all the letter printing was peeling off & wonky which I wouldn’t expect from an £80 coat. Was easy to exchange & customer services was good. They sent me a new coat but again the letter printing was smudged & the treading was coming out on the arms & good. So returned for a refund.
Wouldn’t recommend this company as very poor quality for the price. However customer service is good.

Unique, high quality swimwear and jumper. Whenever I wear my swimming costume, I get lots of compliments about how pretty and unique it is. Love it! Also my jumper from sianmarie is one of my absolute faves. It's so comfortable, I wear it all year round despite it being a Christmas jumper.

I can never be bothered leaving a bad review but Sian Marie is honestly the worst company I’ve ever dealt with that I needed to review them.
Future buyers - please be careful when purchasing anything bought through the ‘Spin & Win’ wheel.
The co-ord was lovely but I’m petite and the joggers were too long and I had such a terrible experience with returning my items that I won’t ever purchase from Sian Marie again.
They say that an unhappy customer will share their complaint with 15 or more people which is certainly the case.

If I could give 0 stars I would, the customer service is disgusting how you are treated is so poor, DO NOT! I REPEAT DO NOT! Purchase from this company. I try to support company’s but not when you are treated like this. Item took a month to get here, no apology was made. Item sized incorrectly and sent back within the time limit and refused refund.
All this over £30 disgusting!

Crap service, disgusted with their customer service, refused to give me a refund and told me I had washed item, which is a false allegation. I am going to tell all my friends and family about the poor quality clothes and customer service. NEVER BUY FROM THEM.

Very poor company, with poor customer service, materials are very poor the print is wonky.the sale items are not exchangeable not even for a credit note which is very disappointing and poor from the company. I will never be ordering from them again..

Beautiful beach and swim wear. So we’ll made and different! All items arrived quickly. Will definitely use again.
