On 2.1.2021 I bought something and paid extra to be delivered within 24 hours by UPS.
On 10.1.2021 I cancel my order because until that day didn't get anything (without a single explanation from them). I have written several emails to their Customer service demanding a refund. Have been promised a refund by no later than 12.1.2021.
Today is 21.1.2021 and still no refund.
On 21.1.2021 got an email informing me that my order is on the way and DPD will deliver within couple of days (again: I have paid extra 16.95 EUR for express delivery).
This company is a scam. Their Customers service is the worst. I have never been lied to by a company so much before.
NOT RECOMMENDING. STAY AWAY IF YOU DON'T WANNA GET LEGALLY ROBED.

Wrong size
They send me the wrong size and i had to pay the shipping costs to send that back. Bad service every other company would pay the shipping costs
