Worse experience ever, I still don’t know if they exist. After a month I’m still waiting for the shoes i purchased. I’m asking for a refund cause I don’t believe this is a trust site

Sure tis company is part other companies I ordered 2 item costly by PayPal ,haven't received them surprise conmen .I will get refunded by PayPal hopefully .These folk should not be allowed to advertise on facebook disgusting

Avoid these crooks. I have been waiting over two months for my package. I went to the post office and they say its not in there system and that I should get in touch with the seller. I emailed the sellers and nothing productive came from it. No package, no refund nothing. These people are crooks!

I tried to return a “Wireless Automatic Sensor Car Phone Holder And Charger” that did not fit my phone as promised. Customer service ignored me for weeks after my original request to return the product and I had to send multiple emails before I heard anything back. Once I did finally get a response, I sent them the pictures and documentation they asked for. It has been 3 weeks and I can’t get them to respond at all. This company has no customer service and does not honor their refund policy. I would advise everyone to stay away from Shyara. This company is a scam.

BUYER beware. This company is an absolute sham. I ordered a product over Christmas 2019 to Australia and the delivery came half empty.
When I contacted them they used a customer service company, perhaps an agency, to blame the transport people, then the customer and ultimately tried to turn all the facts around. Then a support person comes back after months of complaining about money back return and blames the customer service agency. But then, abruptly refuses to do anything.
This is a WARNING. You will not only be 100% dissatisfied. You will loose your MONEY.

bought 3 of the magnetic car chargers the items came 40 days later all used, scratched, and missing parts it was blatant they just threw parts in the box and assumed I would give up and go away. the only thing new and nice was the box !!! NEVER AGAIN WILL I FALL FOR THIS BUYER BEWARE !!!! update never give up paypal refunded the $$ 100% and gave me the 30$ to return the garbage

Received a used and scratched up car phone charger that doesn't work. Reached out to customer service with pictures and they have ignored my outreach. These guys are a scam and need to be investigated by the authorities.

I ordered some items on December 14, but they don't deliver.....I want to cancel the order and get a refund...

The phone charger does not work with my iPhone 11 Max Pro as advertised. The induction plates will not align and there is no way to adjust it. This is a serious design flaw and false advertising. Attempts to get a refund failed. Almost no community service. Stay away.

SUCH A DISAPPOINTMENT. It did what it was supposed to when straight out of the box, but on first use the entire face plate peeled off. I HAVE TRIED CONTACTING THE SUPPLIER MULTIPLE TIMES WITH NO REDPONSE.

I ordered (and paid) for a wireless car phone charger on 3 Dec. Received it today (23 Jan) but the product SUCKS! It keeps opening and closing erratically. I should've read reviews first...my bad! Save yourself the frustration...DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! Lesson learned. I'm going to try to dispute this purchase with my cc company in hopes of getting refunded via the bank.

I received goods form Diso Technology Co Limited, They were 2 auto phone holders. The clips were broken. I have been trying for weeks to either arrange for new vent clips, or a refund. All I get back are automated replies, or emails wanting the same information I have already sent them. Still no answers after 2 weeks of emails. Not happy with this crowd at all.
