Very efficient service
Very efficient service. Driver was on time and the trip to the airport was fast comfortable and smooth. On arrival at the airport we were met by a porter who help with our bags. I was pleasantly impressed. We will definitely use Shuttle Lane whenever we visit Lagos. Big thumbs up 👍🏽

The service was excellent Kingsley was very attentive to my needs and made the the transition from the airport to the car smooth by assisting with my luggage and ensuring I got into the easy. Would 100% recommend there service to you if you are flying in to Lagos. Since this my third time using them I can say there is consistency in the service received each time. Also found out they had a tour service who try it out on my next visit

The customer service is the best
The customer service is the best. The website is very user friendly. The manager kept calling and checking in on me to see that everything went well. Even though my flight was delayed he tracked it online and made sure the car and driver waited for me. Everyone was very polite and friendly and I don’t regret using this service one bit. The manager makes sure that you enjoy every bit of your stay in Lagos from the pickup down to the residence. He even provided me with a SIM card. I have a lot of good things to say about this service and I rate them 10stars keep up the good work.

What an amazing experience from start…
What an amazing experience from start to finish! Absolutely loved the bespoke tour that was organised for us. We appreciated the flexibility and also the daily agendas sent to us. Leke is such a fantastic tour guide and we so enjoyed his company! Can not recommend it enough!

I rarely ever leave reviews. But WOW!! The service we received in Lagos was sensational. Daily emails, texts, there to help 24/7. I cannot recommend this company enough. I wish they had offices in EVERY city in the world. 10/10. BOOK only with this company!
