The driver the over all service and constant communication.

The driver was here before the time.
Good driver and the car is big and confortable.

I was grateful to make it to the airport alive after our ride with Timmy. During my family's ride (including two small children), our driver dropped the f-bomb in front of our kids, drove through multiple stop signs without stopping, drove the wrong way on a one-way street, swerved off the road because he was looking at his phone, and became increasingly agitated, appearing to bounce up and down in his seat during the last stretch of our journey. I also noticed the gas gauge of the car flashing that there was only enough fuel for 7 miles when we had 5 miles left to go (I looked it up in a panic). I would not recommend this company based on our experience with this driver.

Our driver was very professional and courteous. He arrived at the time indicating on the email.

The web page asked for a flight number, but only allowed entries from a drop down menu. My flight was not listed.
I found no option to contact anyone, and no way to proceed.
I found another vendor

When I went to website there was no tab for user that already had a booking confirmation # - to select for additional or updated information. Otherwise as a new user, the booking process was straightforward.

Great ride right on time and the driver is very friendly!!! I would do it again.

Both pick up times to and from the airport and hotel we’re on time and the drivers were helpful and friendly.

My daughter and her friend had a 5:45 A.M. flight. Shuttle finder picked them up at 2:40 A.M. in a clean, safe car.

The shuttle service was from FRISCO to DFW airport, about 35 miles. Great option, would use again.

Andrew was so wonderful! He was professional, polite and as my grand daughter said, “the best part of the trip!”

The driver is very nice and professional. The most importantly, they came to pick me up on time. It is a good choice for the service. Highly recommended.

This was the first time I've used ShuttleFinder. I was worried that no-one would meet us at the airport and was thrilled that the driver was there by the time my plane landed. He was a careful driver and his van was clean and comfortable. We were fortunate to have the same driver to take us back to the SF airport from Napa. He arrived 30minutes before the pick-up time, which made me less stressful.

Driver was a bit slow in driving and didn’t seem to know where he was going even with the gps. Went through a few red lights, other then that he was a nice guy.
