Overpriced

On time, efficient, respectful and courteous service from both drivers! We had an early morning pickup (4:00am!) for our return trip to GSO and our driver, Butch, was actually early! Great job by both drivers we had on Oct. 25, to Sheraton Greensboro Hotel and Oct. 28, 2025, to GSO airport!!

This was such an easy experience. I am so glad to have found this company. Our driver was amazing and the ride was absolutely stress-free!

While I appreciated the service, the driver kept digging in his nose with his bare hands.

Driver checked in with me day before pickup to veriy trip and time. That was reassuring. Driver arrived right on time. Was pleasant and a good driver. His car was comfortable and cleqan. What didn't work as well was the ti meing. He was told to p ick me up at 2:15 to get me to Gainesville airport at 4:00 AM, 2 hours before my flight departed. He actually got me there at 3:00 am. THE AIRPORT WAS NOT EVEN OPEN AT THAT TIME. I was left sitting outside, by myself, and didn't check in until 4:00 when airport staff for Delta began working. I COULD HAVE USED AN EXTRA HOUR OF SLEEP. All's well, that ends well, but whoever schedules the drivers was way off.

We had a great experience booking transport via ShuttleFinder.com. Not only were we give a fair and competitive rate. We didn't have to worry about anything after we booked which was really amazing. It allowed us to focus on our time together rather than the details of transit. Our flight was updated in real time so any delays were automatically noted and adjusted for our pickup. We 100% book again.

Your driver did not show up at 11 15 am as planned. We waited 25 minutes.we had provided our telephone number when booking. We never heard from you or the driver. It was a complete no show. We had a flight to catch. We were very disappointed and let down. We had to take a taxi to the airport. We also called your emergency number but received no response. I sent an e mail to you shortly after getting into the taxi to go to the airport. I am demanding a refund of the charge you placed on my Amex credit card for the service you failed to deliver. I would like to see that refund processed immediately.

I tried to add a return flight but software wouldn't let me.

Ease of website and great communication through texting

The webpage never worked. It did not allow me to input the airline information so we can be picked up.I was able to make a reservation but there was no way to confirm that it was made. There was NO number to call to an actual person to inquire about this issue. I’m still waiting for a refund. They know how to take the payment, unfortunately they didn’t give me a confirmation number. I am very disappointed with this business. I don’t feel supported or valued as a customer. Where’s my money?

I have a return trip booked. Airline rescheduled my first flight 4 hours before pickup. I asked for rescheduling the booked cab. They won't reschedule. They wanted to cancel the whole reservation and give me 0 refund. That's it, they get to keep the money. So my only option is: cancel the whole pickup and return and get 0 refund OR hope the airline doesn't screw up my return flight and get some value for the money paid in advance. Extremely unethical.

I asked for your services for my week long trip to Hawaii, Saturday to Saturday. I booked for round trip and Elife picked us up on time and our driver was very efficient and helpful.
I had received a confirmation for our return but no date - if the confirmation had had the date, I would’ve realized that it was for the wrong date - the 28th instead of the 27th. I had made the error because of it being a red eye return - when waiting on the 27th and no one showed up, I called. By then it was too late so I had to grab a taxi at the last minute. It was too late to do a 24 hour cancellation so I’m out the money - and the taxi, even last minute, was $25 cheaper. Overall, this would’ve been so much better if the confirmation had specific information to identify if there were any errors and the markup in price was very disappointing, so I won’t be using or recommending the service.
