Excellent service, instillation, price & product !
From start to finish we had fabulous service, measuring and shutter instillation. Great communication and we are very happy with the style, colour and quality of the shutters. The 2 shutter fitters were really great and were a pleasure to have in our home.
Price was great too !
We will definitely use again and will be recommending to our friends and family.

Very happy customer …
I now have four windows fitted with shutters from Shuttercraft. The first two were fitted in my lounge and I have just had two bedrooms fitted with shutters as well. I would definitely recommend Shuttercraft, they are very reliable and friendly and the shutters are of a very good quality.

It is not at all surprising that Steve and Andy have 100% excellent reviews.
We were very happy with Andy's most friendly and professional approach measuring our windows - which of course made Steve's job easier. The fitting of the four windows and one French door were carried out perfectly and most cleanly.
We had asked if shoe coverings would be acceptable since we have new carpets and Steve was most happy to co operate (thank you Steve!).
Neighbours have already commented on how good the shutters look.
We would thoroughly recommend Andy and Steve. BOOK THEM!!

One of our best design decisions ever
We ordered plantation shutters from the Norwich branch of Shuttercraft and have been absolutely delighted with the quality of the product and the service from Andy and Steve. The shutters look great and, although they aren't cheap, they have transformed the look of the house.

We have just had a window shutter fitted to our bay window. From start to finish the professionalism was impeccable. The appointments they made where kept exactly as promised by Andy, the precise measurements and fitting were both to a very high standard.
