Sophie at the Staines branch has been more than helpful as I try to navigate my life in the UK from Spain where I am currently looking after my elderly parents who are both critically ill. She is a superstar and deserves a bonus!!! 😉

Extremely helpful staff. Specially Chris!! I lost the padlock keys and he immediately offered and execute a solution, my kid opened a fire exit door triggering the alarm and no bad faces, no bad mood just a very kind and calm approach instead even joking with the little one about it as he was nervous. Top people and would not consider any other option for my external storage just for how we are being treated here. Great professional and fantastic individual. Thank you Chris!! 🙌🏼🙌🏼

We met Paul and his colleague at Staines Shurgard and they have been nothing short of amazing in the level of support and assistance. The place itself is huge and well laid out with ample parking and very clean premises. Would recommend this place highly.

I was compelled to applaud Paul at Shurgard Staines for his excellent customer care and service. He always goes the extra mile in delivering a friendly, helpful and responsive service. So much so that I have recommended others to use Shurgard Staines because I feel confident that any issues experienced or questions one might have receive a prompt response and are dealt with efficiently and professionally by him.

Really simple online booking. Myself and the packing company turned up on the moving-in date, spoke with the Shurgard Reception. The lovely man helped me and the moving company rep download the Shurgard App. He then took us to the unit where the keys and lock were already located. Super quick and easy all the way.

The moving company representative also mentioned how seamless this process was compared with their experience with other storage companies.

Nice and safe

Have only had storage unit for 2 weeks but so far service has been excellent.
Friendly helpful reception, spotlessly clean units, good access and security. Minor blip initially with app but soon sorted out.

I’ve found that whilst this company provides good facilities, their approach to pricing is extremely disappointing. After six months, they raised my rent significantly, despite the location being at least half empty. What’s worse is that they continue to offer the original, lower rate to new customers. It feels like loyal customers are being penalised for staying on.

In the end, I simply had my partner rent a new unit and took advantage of the new customer rates, including the first month for just £1. It’s a shame that I had to resort to doing this, rather than being rewarded for my continued business.

Booked a 100sq ft unit in Staines for a 2 bed apartment due to having a gap between the end of our tenancy and the start of a new one. We had a lot of things and there was even space for more! So easy to use and access and everything was safe and secure. Couldn’t recommend enough, really eased the stress of moving!
