Really impressed by the service and great customer care I received from Karin when booking my storage. Easy and convenient communication/instructions through mail which made it super easy to access the storage on the moving day. Also impressed that it's a part of the processes to reach out and check in on the customer afterwards. All in all very satisfied with a very seamless experience.

Hello Kris, sorry to read there was some confusion in regards to your first-month charge. The 1 kr special offer applies to the monthly rent of your storage unit. The only extra costs you may need to pay are a one-off administration fee and a unique sealed lock to your storage unit to guarantee no one else can access your belongings. Although our facilities are fully insured, you still need to get an insurance to cover your stored items. Our rental prices can’t include this because the cost depends on the value of your goods.
