When I accessed the website everything was very clear and I was able to rent a space at my comfortable request. The next day I went to the offices to pick up the lock and keys and the very kind employee named Jeffrey gave me all the information I needed to know for my safety and to store my belongings with confidence. However, some customers have faced unexpected additional charges due to the 30-day notice period, making the initial offer seem less appealing. Maintenance issues, like a problematic door, also impacted the experience for some. While staff can be friendly and detail-oriented, not all interactions have been satisfactory. Overall, it's important to clarify terms and conditions upfront to avoid misunderstandings.

Very informative introduction
Very informative introduction. The facility is quite high tech that you can enter in and out using a phone application. It's easy and safe so you do not have to exit your car when coming to the location at night. As a women this is great to me. The warehouse is super clean and cameras are everywhere.
