I visited Shurgard to provide my ID and…

I visited Shurgard to provide my ID and confirm my booking, and Emma was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was friendly, professional, welcoming and explained everything clearly, making the whole process quick and stress-free.

Her customer service was excellent in every area, and she genuinely went above and beyond to help. Emma is a real credit to the team, and I would highly recommend this Shurgard location because of the great experience she provided. Thank you, Emma!

Shurgard annual increases are extortionate

Since Shurgard have taken over the Northampton Riverside facility following the purchase of the company that originally owned it c. 2 years ago the monthly costs have rocketed. They claim it is due to improved cleaning etc but the only difference has been the automated entry rather than dealing with human beings. Storage is now nearly £450 per month - extortion.

Thanks for your response but I will be giving notice shortly & moving to another provider with better facilities at a more reasonable cost.

Excellent service at Shurgard Riverside. Emma talked us through all the best options and current offers, showed us the storage facilities, and provided outstanding customer service throughout. She was super friendly, knowledgeable, and made the whole process easy. Highly recommend!
