Quick, efficient, reception were professional, freindly, showed me to the unit, and gave the required information. The unit was nice and clean.

Excellent customer service from Martyn - we were there over two days moving things into our storage and Martyn answered all our questions and was very friendly. After the first day we realised we need to transfer to a bigger unit, this was made so smooth thanks to Martyn's help. He showed us the next few sizes up so we could visualise how much extra we would need.

I'm a first time lockup user and the staff in reception were really friendly and helpful including showing me to my storage, as the PDF plan on the app didn't work.

Came in yesterday morning after a stressful morning and was treated amazingly and the lady was so helpful. Put me at ease and had no issues whatsoever!!

The set up is very straight forward. I was pleasantly surprised at how quick I could choose my storage, sign up and do my security verification. During my identification check, my broadband dropped and as a result timed me out. Panicked, i emailed the customer services. As i did this process very late into the night, i received an auto email asking for me to try again, second time round went through with no issues. Shortly after this, i received an email from customer services confirming everything had gone through successfully.
I received a courtesy call asking when they could expect me to come by, as I chose to purchase their lock and keys. On arrival, I was shown where my storage was.
Overall, I cannot fault the service I have received so far. Very professional, and more importantly a straight forward service. I would highly recommend.

I needed a fast help to store belongings during our removal.
We arrived to the Exeter facility just few minutes before closing time.
The young lady from the crew was very helpful and her professional behaviour meant a reassurance in the end of a stressful day.
She even showed us the desired storage space so we saw this will be the solution for our problem.

It was soo effortless renting out the unit and even having a delivery sent to the unit for a first timer. The Exeter branch has the best customer services I have ever encountered. Martyn and Narelle where ever so nice with showing me around and giving me all the information.
