We looked at a few self storage companies in and around the Chichester area to find the best quote and the one we felt was the best to store our stuff for a few months. We found Surguard to be the most friendliest, helpful and nicest people to deal with. We did not have a clue wha o do when we arrived, and the guy who serves us showed us exactly what do in a way that we felt assured our things are safe. Will for sure recommend these people for great price, and good prices.

Helpful staff, easy accessibility and security

I have not finished using it but its been good so far.
More explanation about the app would be good, including the token. Not everyone uses apps . need to know how many floors and how many corridors are in the building. It was confusing trying to find my container the 2nd time.

Flexible options. Good customer service. Good value.

Web site easy to follow. Staff at storage facility very helpful and access very easy. Only negative was that it only became clear during the set up process that you must have insurance

I had an incredible experience with shurgard storage. As moving normally is, we were having quite a hectic day and both Darcy and Cole helped us set up our app and told us all the information we needed. They were extremely welcoming and helpful and showed me up to my locker and brought us the moving trolleys. They even stayed just a tad longer so that we could keep moving things in on the 1st floor through the garage doors, which they didn't have to do.

Their positive attitude and helpful demeanour really made our day that much better. We will definitely be using shurgard with them again!

There are lots of room of different sizes. The site is clean and the staff are friendly.
The app can be inconsistent

I rented a unit at the Chichester storage unit. Must say everything over the last month has been a pleasurable experience. The HQ and Chichester staff are friendly and very helpful. I rented a second floor unit and there's a lift. But delighted to find I can also drive up to the second floor which is a real bonus.
I've rented from other storage companies elsewhere and generally had good experiences but this one is exceptional.

Darcy at the Chichester branch was super helpful and personable when we booked our unit and helped us decide on sizings.

Easy booking process for one month rental for a £1, good access to the site and mobile phone access to the building.
